Although the outside is clean - the outside lights are never on when it is dark! I usually only go thru drive-thru at this location. The people running the drivethru could be a bit more friendly - I think it is because they have not worked there very long.

Brutal service. “Forgot” to make our order. 4 Blizzards. When we finally got them they were melting before we got to car and one was made completely wrong. Won’t be back…

They messed up my blizzard order. I asked them for a new blizzard, the kind that I ordered and they were happy to oblige. Once I started eating my new blizzard I realized all they did was add the ingredients from the blizzard I ordered onto the top of my blizzard they messed up. Once I got through the first few bites it was just the same incorrect blizzard again.

Ladies at the counter are all great when we go there, always pleasant conversations and service. The food is really good, although the chicken fingers have a touch of spice. Most probably love it, but my body can't do any spice. The place is always clean. Haven't been in the washrooms, so I don't know about their cleanliness. One thing they need to do is fill the French fry container. It's always only half full.

I asked to use the bathroom with my 10yr old and I’ve never been so grossed out by an establishments facilities as I was at this location! I am confident it hasn’t been cleaned in a VERY long time. Feces all up the back of the toilet and dirt and dust /hair all around the bottom of the bowl. The floor and sink were also dirty… I will not be going back to this location ever!!

This has been my main dq since I've lived in st catahrines and I've been here for over 14 years. They never disappoint in my opinion on every occasion I've been there. From the chilli cheesedogs and all types of blizzards. Even when you get a ridiculous blizzard with tons of fillings. Writing this is literally making me crave some dq🤤🤤🤤🤤. Well if you enjoy you'll definitely enjoy😊.
