Ordered a custom cake online with a printable image and this was the only location that had that service. An employee contacted me next day to confirm the order and make sure they understood what I was looking for. Cake was ready on time for pickup and it was absolutely perfect - and probably the best made ice cream cake we have ever had. I even took a peak at the other cakes they had available in their freezer and they were amazing! Not just generic designs. On top of the quality, the customer service was super friendly and accommodating. This isn’t the closest location to me being 20mins away, but I would definitely consider going out of my way to purchase a cake from here again.

Highly recommend this Dairy Queen location for its excellent customer service and quality custom birthday cakes! From the moment we ordered with William (I think that was his name) to the actual baker making it, Carlo, it was everything our daughter wanted for her sweet 16! Ice cream cake was exactly what we expected and made exactly to our specifications (we designed a name on Canva and DQ printed it on edible paper)! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back to this location (the Keele street location was unable to answer questions in English on the phone when we called with inquiries). Thanks Carlo and everyone at the Tower Hill location for providing excellent customer service!

I ordered a custom cake from DQ Tower Hill, and they exceeded our expectations! The team was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions, and their service was prompt and professional. The cake turned out beautifully and tasted amazing. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Was very happy with how the custom birthday cake for my daughters came out! Carlo did an amazing job. The girls loved it and everyone thought the cake was so fun. We are definitely going to continue ordering custom cakes from here!

They staff are pretty nice. The got all the dessert options but no hot options like the burgers and fries. Small shop a few counter top seats and some seats outside. I like gett the strawberry cheesecake and pumpkin pie (limited time)

Love this Dairy Queen. Have been ordering our custom cakes here for kids birthday’s and other occasions for over 7 years. Great service, easy ordering and great prices. Thank you for making our special days even more special!!!
