Just had the employee in the store threaten to not let me redeem points for ice cream cakes regardless of if I had enough points on the app. Ice cream was fine but service was terrible and employees not knowing basic company policies is inexcusable. Never had this issue with any other locations in/around Oakville so definitely sub-par service.

Hello, I was really craving a late night blizzard and I came 25 minutes before closing, which I know is a little late but damn I just wanted some icecream and they were closed and no was there. 25 minsss early!

The man (assuming the manager) was very rude and dismissive. He spoke to family in a very rude manner, I noticed a shift in his attitude between the customer ahead of me. Treating customers with respect and equality is the bare minimum I will not be coming again.

Been coming to this location for over 10 years and I’ve never experienced such poor service. I asked for my sundae peanuts on the side instead of on and the lady looked at like I was crazy. She then proceeded to charge me extra for the peanuts which they never do and it not even a scoop. Look at the picture. If the owners charged here I don’t recommend coming. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the location on trafalgar

This specific store location wouldn't make a classic Strawberry Banana Blizzard, already tried 3 different times, and they refused because it's not on the menu. All other locations would do it. Of course, food is good cause it's DQ. But if you love the classic Strawberry Banana Blizzard, this location is not for you.

My recent visit to Dairy Queen was enjoyable overall. The blizzard treats were delicious, and the menu offered a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure my order was correct and promptly served. However, the wait time was a bit longer than expected during peak hours, which slightly impacted the overall experience. Despite this, I appreciated the cleanliness of the establishment and the welcoming atmosphere. With a little improvement in speed of service, this Dairy Queen would easily earn five stars from me. Nonetheless, I would still recommend it for a tasty treat!
