It doesn't seem like they mix in enough of the ingredients for the blizzards anymore. They used to be full of them... Got the blizzards through a promo deal on the app, if it was regular price it definitely won't have been worth it..

Hi, today I went to dairy queen and the guy who was working there, he talked rudely to my uncle and said that he will not put extra chocolate fudge on our ice cream as we had requested. He also said that he was not working there for the first time. The time was 10:45 . I am very, very disappointed. Sorry, I am not coming again. Pls change your staff. This was at Thomas Street 10th Line Plaza.

This is maybe the third or fourth time I’ve gone to this location late at night with friends, before midnight and it’s closed. Even though on google it says open till 1am. Before I went during the colder seasons so I let it slide but now it’s summer time and I kinda expected them to be open since this is their peak business season. On their door it says closed at 11pm. They need to make that change on Google. It’s totally unprofessional that they haven’t fixed that yet.

This is one of the most pathetic Dairy Queen outlet. The ambiance is not clean, smell of cheap air freshener is good enough to kill someone, doesn’t give receipts, and cherry on top in the staff who mess up the orders. We ordered chocolate brownie extreme in royal. And they served us plain vanilla insisting this is what it is. As if we went to Dairy Queen for the first time. I learnt my lesson hard way by spending 9 dollars on a small ice cream cup at this outlet.
