Had a wonderful time at DQ today. Had delicious blizzards. Awesome taste, enjoyed every spoon of it.

Fake promotions, and Stuff of Liars They don’t honour Dairy Queen promotions.👎 Dairy Queen sent an add. “ If you put a thump up, you will receive a free ice cream”. Went there. The lady is like download the app first. I did, then she is “oh we don’t honour this”. We don’t have a bar code reader. We don’t belong to Dairy Queen. All BS. What a liar.

It’s super nice and go to place for ice cream. Always go there. Staff is great and specially girls name Mehak & kashis always ready to help and explains everything thing u need help with. Must recommend. Extra star for the smile of the staff.

Was pretty bad. First of all, the workers are always at the back and no one at front desk. Even when you repeatedly say “excuse me, excuse me” they stay at the back and don’t come out. I ordered the Reese’s blizzard for $7.90 and there was almost NO FLAVOUR except for the bits of peanut butter chocolate. I don’t recommended blizzard, I should’ve probably went with a sundae.

I am disappointed in this location. I have been coming here and I’m not sure I’ll come back after the experience with staff tonight. After paying for a large MINT Oreo blizzard, I received a large Oreo blizzard. I was really in store to get a free cone but was told the promotion was on in the states only. I made the mistake of choosing to buy from this location, I should have just went home. Instead I wasted $9, and was given attitude as I asked for them to make the blizzard mint Oreo. They proceeded to put mint syrup in and didn’t not re-blend the ice cream. What is this… Shown in the picture provided, my ice cream looks like a Tyde-Pod. Does it look appetizing to you? I asked them if they can just make me a new one but that wasn’t possible apparently. Not worth the frustration to come back to a location with lazy service and poor quality in their ice cream.

My partner and I come to this location frequently and we never experience any issues. Our order is always perfect and the staff is always friendly. Rupinder and Kashish are the employees that typically serve us and they are always professional and friendly. Unfortunately on our visit tonight there was an irate customer who was complaining about a cake purchase. (Even though she ended up leaving with the cake) She was yelling at the staff and the staff remained calm and engaged with the customer professionally. I am leaving this review to note that the staff here have always been great and the way they handled that situation very well. The customer advised they would be leaving a bad review but from what I gathered, there wasn’t anything done wrong and the situation was handled appropriately.

Clean. Fast and friendly service. Low prices for decent food. This location is usually quite quiet and the wait time for food is also minimal. Been here a couple of times, my order is always well made and arrives quickly. They have a few cozy booths if you want to sit down and enjoy your ice cream :) Obviously the food is super unhealthy...but so dangerously delicious!
