I came in today Sun June 9th & was served by a young lady named Abbey. She was very friendly, efficient & an absolute pleasure. Not only did she give us a complimentary pup cup for our dog but when I asked her to add $3 to our bill for a tip (as we were paying by debit & had no change) she said a) she wasn't able to do it but thanked us for the gesture. I'll be sure to go in this week to leave her a tip. In a world where good customer service seems to be fading, Abbey shows us that is not always the case. She is a true asset & we will definitely be back because of her.

The lady working there today was super helpful and patient while I downloaded the DQ App.. which she advised me to do to collect points get coupons etc. I bought a cake for my uncles bday.. She had beautiful writing too. This location must be under new ownership... it's clean, it's quality and staff are amazing.

I went there to get my favourite blizzard, I got a cup of soup . I said your supposed to flip it over so nothing comes out she said no we don’t do that at this store, I said I just got one here last week, she said it’s the Carmel to hot. She did not even offer to make me another one I asked for my money back. I will never go there again !!!

Tried calling before arriving to have a cake written on do it would be ready when I goy there. No answer, multiple calls. Arrive to see 2 staff w customers one cleaning the windows. I called from the car because I had my dog with me and didn't want to leave her longer than necessary. (All the windows were down). I was a bit irritated when I got in, but Alexis handled everything great. If her manager is reading this, she should be rewarded for handling things so well. Not to mention she has lovely writing.

I showed up as the store was closing and tried to enter behind another customer but I was greeted at the door by an employee telling me they were closing and I could come back at 3 tomorrow. She should have let me in and locked the door behind me. I have been patronizing this store for nearly 30 years now and now I know I'm no longer welcome. Perhaps McDonalds wants my future business.

Small location. Their website advertises gift card services, but you can neither top up, purchase or (recently) even use a gift card there! For weeks on end now they claim the gift card machine is broken and one has been ordered. I'm ready to call corporate if I don't see this fixed ASAP. Staff have been pleasant, nothing remarkable.

The girls are not ways the nicest there, I will admit... especially after reading some reviews. But, I went Sunday night and they were good. Took my order, well mannered and when I asked for extra stuff, they actually filled it like they should. Every other DQ in Hamilton, 9/10 times will not add extra stuff when asked. I'm overall happy with the service and my order :) I'll be returning, hoping that the girls who are not so friendly are dealt with.
