Went there on Wednesday night and I highly recommended this place for after party desert. Their customer service is best than other locations and ice cream quality and cleanliness is great exceeding my expectations every time I was completely satisfied with the guy’s customer service and professionalism in helping me for choosing the best option out of all the options

I recently visited Dairy Queen around 12 AM, right at their closing time. Initially, the staff informed us that they were closed, which was completely understandable. However, to our surprise, they came back and offered to take our order anyway! This gesture truly made our night. The kindness and exceptional service from the employee went above and beyond, especially given the late hour. They didn't rush us at all, and the ice cream was, as always, delicious. It's rare to find such dedication and customer care these days. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location—not just for their great treats, but for the amazing people who work there. Thank you for making our visit so special!

A new staff member, a young man I hadn't seen before, was not only unprofessional in his service but also made me uncomfortable by continually staring . His behavior and the quality of his service were disappointing. I hope this feedback helps in improving the customer experience at this location.

Made wrong order, Informed the worker about the issue, and they reported that they will make new one. 15 min later, they didn't make it and then said that they won't refund or make a new one. Bad service again.

The flavour I tried for blizzard was Reese’s and I found it OKayish! Customer service is good, the guy on the counter was friendly and the below is only a suggestion and not a complaint. When asked for a mini size, he responded like who takes a mini size atleast get a small. His intention might be honest and a recommendation so that we are not disappointed by less quantity but just that it didn’t sound out that way. We were asked if are we trying dairy queen for the first time. Let the customer choose and don’t ridicule the choice, there has to be a better way to put across a recommendation for a bigger serving size even if it’s not an upsell as you cannot assume how much appetite a customer has. I wasn’t offended by this because we talked in a friendly manner but someone else might. And you want be surprised, I only ate half the blizzard of the mini because it was still too much for me. Would I visit again? YES and would still be liked to served by same guy as he was friendly, but will try another flavour.
