Update: The franchise owner was kind when I returned to discuss the experience. He offered me a replacement cake. I’ve updated my review from 1-star to 4-star because of his kindness. Original Post: I paid $40 for an ice cream cake for Christmas. Unfortunately, I received a cake that was just ice cream. No chocolate/fudge or cookie crumble layer. This is not what I asked for nor what I wanted to serve my guests. When I called Dairy Queen with photo proof, I was told that I can bring back my cake in or get 50% off. It is so unfortuate that they did not value my business enough to want to correct their mistake and provide me with the right cake.

Somehow DQ has an old school vibe that's hard to find. The first thing to notice is the ample parking and the outside seating (would be perfect in summer). The staff has been friendly every time. And the ice cream is something I don't think any other place can replicate, including blizzards. Hope to try their food menu soon.

We recently visited Dairy Queen (Treat) and ordered an orange and a mango treat. Both were really good, with a refreshing blend of flavors. I initially thought they might just make a simple ice cream shake, but it was much better than expected. The place was quite popular, with a lot of people enjoying their treats. First time in a long time, so wifey and I went on a DQ ice cream date. Really nice and thankfully it wasn't too hot. Love my caramel sundae and wifey had Picnic Peach Blizzard. Yes will go back again sometime. Thank you. Bubba.

Dairy queen on Queen Street has always been our first choice for ice cream cakes for the last two decades! They are always beautifully decorated and have always been appreciated by ALL members of our family. Thank you Dennis, for helping to make our family celebrations always memorable!

Had the pleasure of attending ‘Miracle Treat Day’ to benefit Sick Kids Hospital. What an amazing team working at this location - it was a really good turnout and everyone got fast service with a smile while they helped support a great cause! Stop by for a treat this summer - you won’t regret it 😋
