Dairy Queen orange Julius

I placed a custom cake order for pickup at 5pm and when I arrived at 5:30pm it wasn’t ready - no message was on the cake and it took an additional 15 minutes for it to be finished and boxed… Not only that but the message looked like it was written by a child. I would save the $60 and write on the cake yourself… They also said refunds could only be made in person with cash even though I used a credit card to order and overall the service was terrible and the people were rude.

That was fast! Sept 18/24- hopped off the streetcar to walk a bit further but it’s worth it! Your pumpkin blizzard was delicious! I came here after exploring Toronto and it was an excellent way to end my trip! Edit: your silk blizzard tastes too sweet

Ordered a small dip cone and they ended up accidentally giving it to a guy who ordered a medium which is fine but I asked for another one because he had already touched the ice cream. Both workers looked at me weird for asking that and reluctantly gave me a new ice cream. One of them then instructed me to be more attentive next time which I thought was uncalled for because I heard my order but they gave the ice cream to the man before I could walk over to the counter. How was I supposed to know he ordered a medium and not a small anyways? Idk kind of uncalled for so I'm giving it 2 stars.

When sundaes are listed as Chocolate Sundae, Strawberry Sundae, etc. and it also says "one topping" at the top of the menu, does the chocolate or strawberry count as the one topping? Why say one topping at all if the flavour is already in the name and counts as the topping? I think they used to give, say, peanuts for free in addition to the flavour topping but stopped. And rather than change the sign (with a piece of tape even), they just say the flavour is the one topping. I asked the manager about the logic of this and she just said "peanuts extra" and then ignored me.

Service was slow, but I don’t think they expected this many people considering it was only 4 degrees the day before (and with the many rainy days the during the week). It was very crowded so it was hard to navigate inside the store. The dessert is your typical Dairy Queen fare. Sweet (uh, yeah?) and cold (really?). Tastes good though. Probably not good to have all the time, but once in a while is fine. The prices seem to have gone wacky, though. We visited April 2024, two dipped cones and a blizzard cost us over $19. Unconscionable or inflation? No idea.

Hard at work especially during promo period… really respect them workers. Was there during one of the weeknights and boy it was 99% ladies going for the $1 Blizzard promo via app. I loved the Blizzard I got… worth it and will definite revisit. My last DQ was back in 2017 back in Bangkok 😂

This DQ outlet is not thay crowded. Few of the items which we had in Saint John, NB weren't in their menu; but still they made it for us. Had a good time there.

Been here few times and taste is always good. I am loving it. Mostly I tried blizzard here. Other options are also good but I prefer blizzard. They have good options for blizzard. The staff here is also kind and generous. Seating area is enough and arrangements are quite good. But I love to eat ice-cream while walking. Oreo Hot Cocoa in the photo.
