Staff is fantastic and service is always fast. Cakes are always excellent, by far the best dq for cakes. I happened to be in when the cheesecake idiots were complaining, management is no nonsense and I love that. Indian costumer complained to Indian manager and suggested she was treating her poorly because of her colour. Love that management doesn’t let stupid people push them around. Awesome work dq!

It's OK, staff are generally cool but it's a dairy queen. Burgers aren't going to wow you and the fried chicken isn't the best unless it's cooked fresh, but it's an option to eat at. Yeah, you can eat here. They have deals here and there so don't spend too much, there's a lot of options out there.

Fast drive thru, food always hot and prices are reasonable. Also the strawberry cheesecake blizzard is yummi!. The staff is friendly.

After a long school day of tests, assignments and presentations I decided it would be a nice idea to get some drinks here. I get my fountain drink, and drink it. Like usual. Then I feel a rubbery substance in my mouth. There was a piece of RUBBER in my drink. No, it wasn’t already in the cup because I checked it. This is un hygienic and I don’t even know if it’s rubber. Hopefully it’s just rubber and nothing else. To add on, another day when me and my friends went to Dairy Queen; my friend ordered fries. Only later to throw it out because the person handling it picked their nose. No gloves. And then, proceeded to handle the fries. Hey. I love Dairy Queen but this location has to step up their hygiene effective IMMEDIATELY. Much love!

I called this morning to order a custom cake. I sent in the photo and text I wanted to work with and left it up to the staff to work their magic. I called back to clarify receipt of the email and the staff confirmed they found a better image to screen onto cake so of course, I said go ahead. I was extremely pleased with the end result - the staff did a beautiful job with the cake. They were courteous, attentive and followed instructions extremely carefully including placement of an accent and proper name spelling. Great work and quick turn around. I know this will be extremely well received tomorrow when I present the cake to my colleague. Thanks again for such great work.

Wow. Was just walking home from bulk Barn n decided to look n see if they sold food. Yes they do n I gotta say we ordered the two double burgers for 8 bucks just to see and wooow. I dunno why anyone would go McDonald's or burger king over dq geez. Soft bun well put together great non dry burger patty n they brought it to our table 🤷 absolutely amazing stuff here. Now I must add I never eat out but when I do once every 4 or 5 months if it's a burger I get Wendy's or Harvey's (mostly Harvey's but Wendy's if I wanna be real bad with their triple burger 😂) but now I dunno I'm pretty sure dq will be our go to to be bad unless I wanna chilli than obviously Wendy's but ya. Awesome stuff dq staff awesome stuff. Edit: my girl who loves fries said there fries are way better than anyone else's I just ate the burger so I didn't know. But ya after I read her the review we agreed there is nowhere else we would go when we want a burger kinda meal out.

Do not waste your time coming to this location take what I’m telling you go somewhere else. I placed the order through Uber. I tried calling numerous times, but nobody picked up. After calling the 10th time and I got through, I called Requested to have less pieces in my blizzards because at this location they always put a lot of pieces in the blizzards Making it impossible to enjoy the ice cream. The man who answered that my order was already placed, and they already made it. I tried explaining to him that I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and they were very busy. He also stated that he will remake the blizzards so that they have less pieces in them. Upon receiving the blizzards, they did not have less pieces in them, and I was very upset considering the fact that I requested it I was told it would be fulfilled. The rude lady who answered the phone said that it was already made, and the driver was waiting. That’s why they didn’t remake it. It felt like she was using that as an excuse, not to remake it because they wanted to save money. I will never in my lifetime go to this location ever again. I hope it was worth It because this customer it will never go back there again. And I suggest everybody else to take your business somewhere else because the low star comments the reviews ARE REAL ESPECIALLY ABOUT MANAGEMENT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
