On order apps (such as UberEats), they advertise combos and then charge extra for *required* upcharges. For example, fries or poutine. There's a "large" fry listed but no "regular" fry, so I think it's just a lack of competence. If they can't set up order apps properly, I don't trust them to prepare my food.

Juhi and manager Sunnite made my day, they promptly helped me when the app glitched out and I almost got charged an extra 5$ for a dessert. They made it right with ease!

I ordered poutine and gravy tasted like few days old and they put so much gravy on fries. All I could taste was gravy, no fries or cheese curds. I have been to so many DQ locations but this was my worst food experience. I asked few questions about menu items to employees and they seem to be confused about the menu items too. Never going back to this location ever.

Ordered uber eats and was missing an item. That item being the blizzard. Ridiculous when you order something and they can’t even do it right. Ridiculous that employees cannot do their job properly nowadays. Won’t order from this location anymore since clearly employees cannot satisfy orders properly or take proper direction to do so.

Dirty unkept place. Very slow service and they don't even know how to prepare a pumpkin pie Blizzard. There were ingredients missing. Terrible 👎👎👎🍦

I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes with no customer in front of me, they looked at me with money in hand ready to order didn't greet me and didn't take my order. I send my boyfriend to the counter, he ends up placing the order and they messed it up despite him reminding them a few times before leaving with the food.

My last blizzard. Quality of food is not the same as before. Ordered a large (med) oreo blizzard and there's barely any oreo pieces in it. Just gotta expect the worst every where you go.

Ordered an ice cream cake online and picked up in store. The cake exceeded my expectations, filled of delicious toppings and very fresh. The service was warm and friendly too. Will be back. Excellent choice for parties
