Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I was pleasantly surprised when I came here for the first time yesterday. The store is clean and tidy, which is very important. The lady at the front desk is very warm and friendly. She can speak Chinese and is very efficient. The words on the cake 🎂 are beautifully written. My son likes it very much. I will come again in the future!

Update: I've reached out to dairy queen customer service and no one has gotten back to me. Horrible customer service! don't go to this location, I had a coupon for a free blizzard and the cashier declined. I asked to speak to a manager and was also declined. sooo unprofessional and racist employees. never again!! the managers name was Carmen who couldn't even speak with me as I just wanted to understand given I was told I could use the coupon anywhere. I've been supporting dairy queen for over 25 years but it is getting harder and harder to do so. horrible service

Terrible service. I ordered a small cookie dough blizzard, but there was no cookie dough. When I asked for some, I was met by a confrontational employee who insisted she had mixed it in. She did not, and she wouldn't correct the mistake after I asked politely and repeatedly.

Better than 4.1 - service was very polite and helpful. If it’s busy, might be less so. They a ton of blizzard flavours. But equally, a full fast food restaurant menu. I didn’t realize that. Got the flame thrower split cheese burger to try. The bun was nice, and the sandwich was as good as A&W or Wendy’s, better than Burger King and McDonalds. Harvey’s original might still be better. Overall, it excellent. Maybe a 4.3 level fast food burger (high score for fast food). The place (location) is a bit beat up and dated. But overlooking that, the options, although mostly unhealthy were a treat for salty and sweet. I’ll go back next month and get a couple blizzards for the review.

This place has plenty of parking, seating place inside, excellent deals, good service and organised staff. We ordered our 1/4 pound burger combos and sundaes. We were informed that we can take a seat as it may take a while for the order to be made. We received all the items together in an efficient and organized way. The bag included the burgers, tissues and ketchup. Highly recommended.
