I ordered a cake for my daughter's Sweet 16, and the bakery confirmed the pickup date as New Year's Day at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived at the bakery, no one was there. I tried calling three times, but no one answered. This was very dissapointing because i was counting on dq and obviously I had no back up plan. I was so lucky to find an open bakery and got a small cake which was very inconvenient for the occasion. If you do end up ordering a cake here I sugest that you call 2 days before.

Honestly if I could I'd give a 0 We've been loyal dq customers for years and we got a coupon code as a thank you When we tried to redeem our code the manager Zara denied us service and was absolutely rude even tho we should her our codes This branch is horrible at honoring coupons dont waste your time and go to the other ones. This manager needs a course in customer service Never again going here frankly

I've been going to this location for over 20 years and I had a free blizzard coupon to be redeemed however they didn't stamp the back which is not my fault. The owner refused to honor the coupon and said it's because the coupon could have been stolen literally implying I've stolen the coupon. Mind you I've be coming to location weekly and they all know me even the owners father as ive been coming since my teens. The service is horrible and insulting. Since my weekly service isn't valued by me and my friends and family I will no longer be coming back to this location. Horrible service. This is the manager George who was very rude. Avoid this location the staff and management are horrible

There's just no better ice cream nearby. Every flavour is good if you're an ice cream lover. Try the dipped confetti cake cone!

Omg! Ridiculous staff!! I ordered a LARGE Strawberry Cheesecake AND PAID EXTRA FOR CHEESECAKE BITS and it’s not even half way through?!!?? What on earth. Utterly disappointed. There were barely any cheesecake bits inspite of paying extra. I normally don’t post negative reviews but Its beyond me!!

I enjoyed my Chicken Tenders in smoked BAR-B-Q sauce and Bae enjoyed his Burger. For a $30 budget, fries and beverage are included (it came with lots of fries - see photos). We dined in and got free drink refills. Our order was ready in 5 minutes!

I order banana splits through the skip the dishes app tonight. The split is a nice size filled with vanilla soft serve fresh banana and 3 topping chocolate, pineapple and strawberry. The packaging is solid and a nice spacious lid so it travelled well. We really enjoyed to the last spoonful! Wish they would add peanut buster parfait to the skip app. Update Today we wanted a delicious treat so we decided to order the banana split again when OMG I see the peanut buster parfait! Well of course we got 2 and enjoyed that 3 layer fudge and peanut Sundae! Just so scrumptious and fully of peanuts, fudge sauce and vanilla soft serve. The packaging was so great and it arrived perfectly. Thank you!

I have never tried the food at Dairy Queen always went for ice cream but I was really impressed with the chicken strip meal! Everything was hot and fresh and I was so happy to see it came with gravy. Chicken strips are super crunchy and has real meat in them you can see. The gravy is classic diner style and the fries are pretty good. The service was great, the food came fast. We dined in, then ordered blizzards to go. I have a very complicated blizzard order as I almost add in every additional topping there is and the person taking my order was very patient and accommodating. The blizzards are BOMB!! They only lose one star from me because it is not wheel chair accessible, there is a double door entrance no automatic doors, no ramp.
