Beware of contaminated food! I ordered a (peanut-free) blizzard, and ended up with an anaphylactic reaction. I have an allergy to peanuts and had ordered that exact same blizzard before without any problems. It could have been very dangerous for someone with a more severe allergy. I spoke with the manager who assured me that my blizzard was made exactly right and there was no mixup of ingredients. This either means that safe food handling is not practiced here or the ingredients themselves are contaminated. It may be a larger problem, like a supplier issue. I reached out to Dairy Queen’s customer service to caution them of the risks they are putting their customers in and am waiting for a response. In the meantime, I must warn anyone with food sensitivities to stay away from Dairy Queen as their ingredients may be compromised with peanuts or other things. Please get your ice cream fix elsewhere, like McDonald’s or Wendy’s, which are both just down the road.

I wish i can give 0 out of 5 stars!! I had a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. On September 20th at 10:45 PM, I called and spoke to a lady who told me to come before closing time. I arrived before they closed, but the door was never opened, and my calls went unanswered. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would advise no one to ever visit this establishment again.

The server who was taking the order was giving eye roll and questioning look because I took 15 seconds long to choose which flavor of the blizzard I would take. She forgot my order as well and when I asked for the blizzard she took only 5 seconds to make it like one swing and gave it to me. The blizzard turned into soup within 5 minutes. Super Disappointed. They should train the staff on how to provide good customer service.

They offer excellent ice cream and Blizzards, and their pineapple shake is a favorite of mine. However, it is often not blended well, resulting in chunks of pineapple. The chicken wraps are also delicious.

We went it for snacks , and got the blizzard strawberry cheesecake and cookie dough mini, two spicy snack wrap and fries. The ice cream was available instantly , and we had to wait about 8min for the food. The strawberry cheesecake was good , with little pieces of cheesecake, same with the cookie dough . But my husband said it was too sweet , I tried it but it wasn’t for me lol. Snack wrap was okay , but I would get the regular one next time , the spicy was a lot of hot sauce. Fries wasn’t all that . Great customer service

I came here last month when I visited Toronto. Ordered a couple of flavours and opted to take them away. Their service was fast and efficient. The taste of ice cream was good but too sweet for me.
