Our kids come here often, and sometimes my husband and I come along. Since mid summer their blizzards are like water and they have really increased their prices. I am not paying over $6 for a mini watery Blizzard. The staff is friendly, but they need to fix their machines.

I've been going to this location since I was a kid, but I just met one employee who went above and beyond for me. I wanted to recreate a blizzard from a few years ago and not only did he help order it for me, but he told me how I could go about ordering it again in the future. Thank you so much again!

Strange service, especially over the phone. After a long time left ringing, someone answered with a confused "Hi?" Felt like I called a random cell phone I almost said sorry wrong number and hung up, haha. I ended up ordering the cake needed at a different dairy queen in the city with a more professional demeanor right from the get-go: "Thanks for calling Dairy Queen How can I help you?" Since it's for a birthday cake I didn't want anything to go wrong with the ordering and the initial employee confusion from just a phone call to Geneva DQ was off-putting.

These pictures were took seconds after I paid at 10:12pm lady at the front was rushing me and my 50 year old mother and gave us a lopsided small cone and a watery turtles blizzard. this used to be a good place but went downhill

It was the only DQ I found close by. I found the outside street and premise to be rutty and unclean. The service was slow and unorganized, the waiting longer than I felt like standing there for, but where else to go? Thanked goodness when I could finally leave. All I got was a dipped cone, but would I get anything else? No thank you. Hit a major pothole driving away!

Very nice experience, ice cream is was good Cleanness was also taken care of. I recommend all to visit at least one time. Apart from this cake designes was also unique. To be honest, the service time was also improved than before.

Barely ever come here so please don't take my review as cannon. Happened to get cheeseburger and fries here an let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised. As the DQ is mostly known as a ice cream joint the cheeseburger an fries were excellent and I will most definitely will try again.
