Worked here for about 2 months, Good job expereince but absolutely horrific managing. Constant screaming and disrespect towards the workers as they were doing the job the best they could. Do not recommend this job at this location.

I visited DQ with my children and was pleased. Nice staff, fresh food. I ordered Shake and fries, hamburgers. We sat on the veranda overlooking the street, which pleasantly surprised us. The room is clean, tidy and there is no smell of fried oil. My children and I were satisfied. I recommend this place 👏

I purchased a strawberry cheescake from a markham DQ and was so in love with it. I started to crave it again and decided to purchase the same from the newmarket DQ location but was extremely dissapointed! The "blizzard" that i purchased from this location was more like a milkshake consistancy then a blizzard. From the minute it was handed to me through the window, it was extremely liquidy. There was barely any pieces of cheesecake( to be exact, 3 pieces found amongst the two cups i purchased) and the strawberry flavour was so suttle it was almost like i paid the prize for a blizzard but ended up with a vanilla ice cream. Extremly dissapointed!

Understaffed. Workers probably being paid minimum wage, so this is completely on management. If you're going to understaff the place, then I hope the employees are being paid accordingly. But I doubt that's the case. Blizzard was good, so 3 stars, otherwise we're in desperation 2 star territory here.

The service at Dairy Queen was friendly and efficient. The staff greeted me promptly and took my order with a smile. My food was prepared quickly, and they were attentive to any additional requests I had. My experience at Dairy Queen was positive . The combination of friendly service, good food quality, and reasonable prices makes it a reliable choice for casual dining.

Your chicken strips are chicken nuggets. Prices are crazy as they are and youre scamming people. Shame. I actually couldnt believe this. Every piece was the size of a mcnugget. Trust the photo for scale. I wanted to go back and confront this but didnt wanna waste gas on you. An actual scam 😂

Avoid food items, stick to treats. Visited the drive thru and ordered 2x 4 piece chicken strip baskets and was disappointed. One of the baskets had only 3 strips (and some chunks of fried batter instead of a 4th strip), both baskets only had 1/2 the serving of fries, and both cups of gravy were less than 1/2 full. I’ve visited other DQ locations get this item right, disappointed to see this location does not. The ice cream cone and slushy we ordered were fine. Stick to treats.

First time ordering from here via UberEATS. Got two blizzards and the pretzel. The blizzards were quite big for a small. The next time, we will order the mini or share the small together. The pretzel bread was just incredible. Will definitely be buying again.
