Came to Dairy Queen in the evening to buy a cake for my girlfriend’s bday… she picked out a tinker bell one with the action figure on top was the only one left. One of the employees helped me take the cake from the selection and brought it behind the counter and asked me what did I want to write on it I said “Sara’s 25th” he asked how do I spell Sara I spelt it for him he then left to go in the back which was pointless. Another worker comes forward and asks what do I want on the cake I wrote on the paper “Sara’s 25th” he proceeded to go and write on the cake he comes back and the cake is spelt wrong Sara with a H.. mind you I already paid for the cake and I got mad just because my girl is standing right there and it was the last one. I brought it up to him and he went to go fix it took him 20 mins for him to make a dent in the cake looks like he scooped out the H and just covered it with a heart in the middle that looked horrible and did not make the cut anyways he gave me a refund and since I already waited about 35 mins now I couldn’t go to another DQ as I was on a time crunch so I picked out a plain cake and asked since he messed up the first one as his fault can he just give me the action figure as honour for his mistake wouldn’t budge anyways I couldn’t wait any much longer as I’ve been waiting for 1hr at this point just because another staff had to re decorate a stock cake to put the action figure on top that I had to pay for. Moral of this story finding out after that the guy I was speaking to was the manager is a shocker just because the way he handled the situation.. the other girl a regular worker handled the situation way better than him although I was mad at him I told him I will escalate this higher within DQ and then he was scared to give me his name- see attached photo to this review and that’s him standing there… also if you guys can reach out to me as well just because the service and respect from that guy actions should be taken seriously

The place opened promptly at 11 am. I was here to pick up a birthday cake that I ordered for my son. I also got some lunch. Dimitri, my server at the counter was amazing. It was polite. He took my order patiently as I did not know what I wanted to eat. He lets the cake in the freezer for me while I was waiting for my food. Even walked me to my car so that I didn't have to hold my food and the cake together because it was a lot to hold. I am beyond happy and satisfied with the customer service of this location. They are very clean and very very helpful. I sat outside for about 20 minutes waiting for the store to open as I was early. I did see the staff clean all the windows and the chairs and the tables while they were getting ready. It's amazing how clean their standards are and it shows when they come in in the morning and they take the extra time to clean all the windows, the handles of the doors and everything. The staff are kind. They greet you as you come in and they're always happy and they're always helpful. This is the first time, I'm at a DQ where I'm not rushed and where I'm not ignored unless I order something. Thank you guys souch! My new favourite DQ location .

Ordered 2 classic 4x chicken strip baskets. The chicken strips were dry and hard, like they’ve been sitting around for many hours or sitting for the day. Didn’t have time to wait for fresh chicken strips as we have a baby and other things to attend to (e.g., getting baby home for bedtime routine after a quick meal). Disappointed with the lack of attention to food quality (e.g., how long do they keep food products for before discarding and making a fresh batch?, how are staff trained when it comes to maintaining a fresh food policy?). Picture will not do it justice, but you have been informed. If they give you day old dehydrated chicken strips, be sure to ask for a refund or request that they make a fresh batch (if you have the time). If you like your chicken strips hard and dry, then it might be your lucky day.

It's a Dairy Queen.. but it's the best Dairy Queen. Desserts are good as usual. Very friendly customer service and the place is immaculately clean. Was seriously shocked by how spotless the bathroom was. To me that just shows how dedicated they are to being a quality establishment. Great job by the staff here.

More than just Cakes and Burgers ! We stopped at this location to get an Ice Cream cake for an upcoming family event. The Cake were ordered needed some modifications and the wonderful staff made them while we waited. We have been running around all day and decided to have a snack. I have tried their burgers before and wanted to try something else. I ordered a Chicken Strip Basket with Buffalo Sauce and a drink. The Chicken was better than I thought it would be and so were the fries. We all had our snacks right around the time the cake was ready, The Chicken Basket hit the spot and it's something I may try again on another visit.

2022 September 3.5★ This dairy queen has been here for a while now. Always serving good ice cream and hot foods. Table seating for about 20, you'll find this place exceptionally busy during the summer and when there are coupons. Poutine - fries were good, cheese curds were soft. Gravy not too salty. Onion rings - thick crusted, very good. Buster bar - very good, peanuts and fudge in an ice cream bar. With coupons, definitely recommend. Parking limited. Drive through available.

There is parking. The restaurant is clean and so was the washroom. The food was tasty hot and fresh. I had the double burger, it was very good. The onion rings were fresh and crispy too. The only complaint is it took a long time to get our burgers, other than that it was a good place for a snack. The staff were friendly. If the food had of come faster, they would have gotten the 5 star rating.

Always the best experience with these guys. Polite, friendly, always with a smile on their face! Tried their new poolside twisty drink and it's strong and it just speaks 'Summer drink' and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside! Not to mention how cool it looks! Fries, never an issue. Always crispy, always delicious. Top notch service from DQ, as always. Glad summer is finally here!
