Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is the best Dairy Queen location in the Brampton area! The treats are perfectly prepared - and the food is delicious. This location is very clean! I would like to give Daman a shoutout for being so kind and having such great customer service skills.

This is my second time ordering from this location . Friendly staff, extremely new and clean. Personally my fav is brownie and oreo cupfection one of the best. Perfect location . Plus point is they do have drive thru!! Nd They are open late night.I highly recommend this DQ location

I love this Dairy Queen for all our birthday cake needs. I have ordered x4 strawberry caramel blizzard cakes for birthdays thus far. Cakes are so delicious and well-made. Will order another for my son’s birthday in October.

Came in and cashier was coughing into his hands and touching food. You can clearly tell that he was sick. You should not be having workers coming in sick. Family ordered 5 mini blizzards and all were melted / soupy consistency within 5 minutes. One flavour they had was unavailable and made me pick a different flavour after I had already paid. Had to ask repeatedly which Blizzard was which flavour. Will not come again. Gross.

I come here to get the blue raspberry float and I always request to make sure there is enough ice cream. But the staff never seems to care about the request and they give very less ice cream in the float. I hope they understand that customer is paying about $5-6 but still doesn’t get enough value out of that. I want to add, they are charging for Medium Sundaes and look at the quantity of the sundae in the picture. They are giving small sundaes for the price of medium. Literally ridiculous service.

Placed an order with another location, 48 hours before my sons birthday. They called me 20mins before picked and mentioned that their printer broke so they could not make my cake. I had called 4 other locations and unfortunately they were "too busy" as it was mother's day. Finally I called credit view location, explained my situation and they were very understanding and willing to help. They put my order in priority and told me my order would be ready in 20mins. They even emailed me, letting me know the order was ready for pickup. They even gave my son a mini ice cream sandwhich knowing it was his birthday. He was very happy and thankful. I would highly recommend this location and I will definitely choose this location over any others in the future. Thanks again team! It's very much appreciated.

Overall a poor experience. I ordered 2 combos the same style, same side, and one of the sides was wrong. Instead of 2 onion rings, I received one fries and one onion rings. The onion rings were disappointing because they were pretty empty inside the box. The most obvious problem with the experience was the condition of the blizzards. Both blizzards were soupy, and the staff would not flip them, just blaming the ice cream machine. I’ve never had DQ staff refuse to flip blizzards. I was left pretty disappointed by this location. Wouldn’t recommend.

Blizzards are tasty and healthy too. Customer service is ok. I asked for burgur given wrap, I ate it without asking but overall nice . Yes they have table service
