Service is prompt and polite. The ice cream treats are very inconsistently made! Been going on for years. Staff needs more training. They are bright and smart people. Give them more training so the cones and sundaes look like Dairy Queen advertises.

Ordered birthday cake in advanced was told it would come with happy birthday sign for mil birthday since they said they couldn’t write on cake when I ordered over the phone.Husband picked up cake was completely plain no sign. Nothing at all. Called and told nothing they could do. Very disappointing cause by time husband arrived home with cake were unable to drive back there to correct it. No apology given and told only way it could be fixed was to drive all the way back to store not an option for us

This is my favourite Dairy Queen location! Staff are friendly and service is fast. The place is always super clean and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The food is super cheap yet good; I can usually grab a quick lunch meal for under $10.

Worst experience of my life called earlier spoke to one of the girls who works there to explain how upset I was that I ordered a cake special made cotton candy and the top part where they put the blizzard ice cream part was vanilla pretty much that’s all I tasted . So both the top and bottom was vanilla I was very upset as almost 50$ per cake should be done properly . Anyways the girl was understanding very nice and then the owner calls me and tells me I’m lieing and not telling the truth . Instead of fixing the issue as he should he starts to interrupt me and telling me I’m lieing . Worst customer service ever . I’ll not be coming here again . The owner below wants to act like they did everything right but in fact they didn’t and instead of trying to make it right they called me a liar and I only raised my voice saying please listen and stop interrupting me . I didn’t yell or swear or treat anyone bad but after being told I was a liar and me asking him how is he going to fix this and him not trying I hung up .

Oh my god... I never gave a bad review in my life till now. I was just verbally abused by the owner at Dairy Queen in Aurora. I walked in straight for the customer cake freezer for a fathers day log cake . As I was choosing my cake, few different kinds, was there less than 20 seconds, then the owner a small woman ame up behind me yelling "don't you know what a freezer is! I get cake... she grabs it out of my hands, and slams it the cash counter. A dozen people witnessed this, unbelievable. Still very upset!

Was 5 stars but not after today's terrible customer service experience. Refused to replace a sundae that fell on the floor exiting the store . Do not recommend bringing children that drop things
