I ordered a custom cake here and it turned out great. I sent them a slightly grainy looking photo as it was a snapshot of an old TV show. I was worried about how the photo would look on the cake but it looked perfect. The cashier even let me know of a coupon I almost missed out on while scanning my point. Great service and delicious cake!

Because it was my birthday and because I have signed up to collect their points, I received a free milkshake for my birthday. The offer was valid for the day of my birthday plus 2 more days. On the last day, I ordered it ahead of time (via their app). When I got to the store, I went in, gave them my name, and received my milkshake. The best part was I wasn't asked to purchase anything else. I will definitely continue to go there even when it is not my birthday.

Great customer service by Prisha! Very welcoming and kind. We were walking and couldn’t make it there until 5 mins before closing and she still accepted us in with a smile and told us to order whatever we wanted. The banana split , Oreo blizzard and dipped cone were perfect !

Took our youngest daughter to Dairy Queen for the first time to experience a blizzard! This location was busy. Staff was very friendly. Smarties blizzard was delicious 😋

The ladies were very kind and professional. I ordered the oreo ice cream cake and the lady working did an amazing job with her handwriting on the cake. Also, I got a cheese cake blizzard with extra chunks. I'm pregnant, it's what the baby wanted lol and it was amazing!

Got delivery. It was the completely wrong size and flavour blizzard. It’s late so I’m assuming they just stop caring and stop paying attention to who’s order is whose around 9:00 pm when they’re all too focused on getting it over with and going home. My real order was even stapled on the bag, they just couldn’t care to make sure I got the right blizzard. Paid all that money and no refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

We ordered a cake online for my mother and uncles birthday, and the cake absolutely blew us away! The detail and love that went into this cake was beyond our expectations. It was perfect . Thank you so much Mara!!!!! ( I called to find out who did our cake because it was that beautiful) it was so much appreciated. 10000/10 this is where we will be ordering all of our cakes now going forward.
