This place is amazing! Just 5 minutes from Vaughan Mills, they have the most affordable Indian buffet—$16.99 on weekdays and $20.99 on weekends. Such a good deal for the variety they offer! They’ve got 20+ items for lunch and 30+ for dinner, plus a chaat corner and super tasty mocktails. Everything is fresh and full of flavor. The vibe is great, and the staff is super friendly. If you’re craving Indian food, you have to check this place out. Definitely coming back!

Please be mindful with the tandoori legs, look wise it looks cooked but when you take the first bit and it smells and meet looks not cooked..which is the only non veg starter or appetizer.. started smelling and did tell them that they are not fresh and got again from kitchen which is also same… I feel the food which is given is just reheated and fried and it’s hard as well.. Only fresh items I feel are good Gulab jamoon - hot and chewy Gajar halwa or carrot halwa Paani poori section Coleslaw, spring rolls and samaosa.. Vegetarian food is good. Non Veg food please think twice Breads are so thin and dry.. so not Of great quality. Missed reading the previous review before visit.. else I would have called the chef itself… DAAL roti Team Please deliver some good food. This is my second time after a year and it’s still same.. never improved. Daal roti in collingwood is amazing pls learn how they present and deliver the taste.

We had a disgusting experience here. I found a hair in a curry we ordered. Luckily I saw it , right after the first bite. We called the manager, but the chef came. He was super rude and offered to change the curry , but we weren’t sure if we will get a fresh one this time. I told him that sorry we don’t want to dine here. He said it’s okay but you have to pay for the food. Like really ???? Should not loose the essence of human kindness. The chef said , hair can be found in home cooked food too. Again ?? We are not coming out to eat for This kind of an experience. We are paying for it !! We travelled for it !!

I tried weekend lunch buffet, The variety of options was impressive, with so many delicious royal curries included. My favorites were the kaju curry and cheese masala, both rich and flavorful. Best part that they served fresh bread based on your order – a first for me at a buffet! It’s not often you see that kind of personal touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice reasonable buffet restaurant.

We had a wonderful dinner at Dal Roti - Vaughan. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to our server, Amisha. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. My husband was feeling under the weather, and Amisha went out of her way to bring him some lukewarm water, which was much appreciated. All the staff members had welcoming smiles and contributed to the warm and friendly atmosphere. The hospitality at this restaurant is truly top-notch, and we left feeling very satisfied. We'll definitely be returning soon!

A solid buffet for an amazing price point. I am addicted to their chicken butter masala. Went in on Sunday for lunch, and I was stoked to hear that their buffet is only $22!!! Where on earth would you find that price nowadays? The staff gave us a tour of the buffet and showed us all the items available. I think some of the curries were a bit diluted and the meats were a bit overcooked, but most were still very flavorful. I highly recommend the goat curry and the chicken butter masala. You also get unlimited naans. Lunch on weekdays is even cheaper ($17). I'd highly recommend giving this place a try if you fancy a feast one noon.
