Da Hu Hotpot & Dimsum

Great place for soup and AYCE especially with this kind of weather. I would recommend the pork tripe and chicken broth as base. I have reservations on ordering the Spicy Beef broth as base. It was so spicy like 7.5/10. I suggest that you order 2 flavours in a pot so that you will enjoy the hotpot experience. Love their french fries and the mango and green tea ice cream. Pork belly slices never fail, very flavourful. Ordering is scanning a QR code and directing you to the website to order. Servers are attentive and very approachable. There is a short haired lady who always likes to talk and give us tips on eating hotpot. Place is bougie. Price is not too costly.

Da Hu Hotpot & Dimsum was a fantastic experience! The food was incredibly flavorful and fresh, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was lively and inviting. I especially enjoyed the meat selections. It was a memorable meal and I can't wait to go back!

Food was nice, I can see that all of them are well prepared. Lots of options for desserts as well. I love that they have the chicken slices here. Their beef choices are so good, but they have only one option of pork. I like their mushroom soup, they put lots of herb. We did not their dim sum.

Da Hu was a recommendation from my friend. I am always on the lookout for places that can accommodate a bigger group on a weekday for lunch. So this time 7 of us came for the lunch buffet (individual hotpot) For a cheaper price, you can choose a soup base from 4 different choices - pork bone, tomatoes, spicy, mushrooms. Then the rest is all you can eat. Just order by scanning their QR code. Pretty standard. The place was quite empty around lunch time on a weekday. It almost felt like we had one section of the restaurant all for our group. But if you like, they also have private rooms (as shown in the photos). The food is of decent quality and they came out pretty fast. We stayed for about 2 hours. And per head it was around $34/person after tax and tips. Quite a lot of parking space, you can also park underground.

Great value for ayce and the menu is very typical of other hot pot restaurants. They also offer hot and cold snacks such as cucumber salad and spring rolls by the sauce table which was nice. Everything was great, food was fresh, staff were friendly and patient, and the interior was clean and bright. We didn't walk out smelling like smoke so that was a win. The only thing I would mention is that it seemed like the soup bases kinda tasted the same in the end, and we tried 4 soup bases (except the spicy ones were spicy). They appear to refill the soup with the same broth, so maybe before they do that, try to taste all the soups you order.

4.6 / 5.0. Food quality is fresh & very good. Excellent service. The atmosphere and environment is clean, spacious, the BEST out of All hot pot in Markham/Richmond Hill/Toronto. Customers are more decent and main stream. I feel way more comfortable and relaxed. Price is similar to others , but I will put this as my 1st choice hot pot due to all the above reasons which can't find in others.

Topnotch service and beautiful decor! The restaurant is spacious and well ventilated - my clothes were aroma-free at the end of the meal. Food quality is decent, and the price is fair... for adults. There are private rooms available should you wish to throw a hotpot party here!

This place is really fun with lots of food options for people who like hot pot or dim sum. It’s all delicious but I personally preferred the dim sums. There’s also a salad and dressing station which was very nice. I like the double flavour hot pot option with their selection of meats as well. Price is very reasonable.
