Where do I even start! The customer service was horrid and the staff was constantly making smug faces and scoffing when we asked simply for water. I cannot express how bad the food was especially after we waited one and a half hour just for us to get our food and delivered it cold. The red hair employee was constantly giving us attitude and rejected to give us water and to take our order very late and avoid eye contact when we called her. When she did eventually come with water she was very impolite. I am repulsed by the service, food, and atmosphere of this place. This is by far the worst d spot I have been to in my life I highly recommend not coming to this place please get your place in order and tell your workers to fix their attitude and pace, I saw them small talking with costumers while we’re waiting for the bare minimum which was water.

First time came to Toronto and my relatives brought me here for dessert. It was so good, we ordered 2 soft serve, funnel cake and crape. The service and atmosphere were fantastic. This place is recommended.

Great food, very worth the money spent. I spent $18 and ate the best croffle and ice cream. They didn’t really have much service for a restaurant-ish place, you’d have to go to the cash register to order. Very pretty place though.

I visited today with my family, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the desserts were out of this world. We tried the classic cheeseburger, red velvet cake, and homemade ice cream, each one better than the last. The staff especially Mark (dunno if I spelled name correctly) was friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. We left with full hearts and happy tummies. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience today! We walked in with our family today, all tables were full of dirty dishes with melted ice cream, apparently they were under staffed so it took them 10 minutes to clean a table for us! It took another 10 minutes to take our order, and preparing 5 items took entire 45 minutes!! We had to ask for everything we wanted we didn’t get enough fork and spoon or glasses for water! No table was being cleaned and all the melted ice cream were just left there the entire time! When we asked for our bills it took another 15 minutes! Ice creams and deserts were fine, but the sandwiches were so bad with uncooked sausages and very poor quality! We were charged a service fee for a very bad service! Will never go there again!

A specialty dessert spot, boasting a large variety of different sweet options. We went on a Saturday night and it was empty, with plenty of seating available to choose from. The portion sizes were very large and very filling, however there was a definite focus on quantity over quality. For this type of restaurant, and especially considering the amount of options, I think smaller portions would be preferable. Service was good, however I did find a hair in my side order of chocolate (see picture).

The establishment possesses a delightful atmosphere, and the desserts are exceptionally delicious, although they are slightly too sweet for my personal preference. While the food was satisfactory, the chicken burger contained more lettuce than meat, and the poutine was excessively salty. The service provided was adequate. I intend to revisit the establishment to try additional menu items in the hope of having a more enjoyable culinary experience.

My ratings is based on the items ordered today: “Warm and Loving” Crepes, Cheeseburger, and hot mint tea. With tax and tips , total to about $43. Not cheap in my opinion. Crepes: nothing standout to be honest, the crepes is abit rubbery that lacks the crispy/crunch texture.. The apples doesn’t taste natural and with a thick starchy like sweet sauce… not my kind of taste and texture unfortunately. The burger: looks like it’s freshly made when order but it doesn’t taste good for my preference. I don’t exactly like the beef Patty taste because for some reason, it doesn’t has a strong beef taste. For this price , Hero burger across the parking lot is a lot better in my opinion. End to end experience is average for me. The place looks new and folks seems very friendly! You need to order and pay first at cashier and then they will bring you the food to your table when ready.
