understaffed and tables arent clean. had to wait 5 minutes for a a clean tabke cause theres only one oerson kn the floof also waitijg. 15 minutes to take my order and im saying this while currently sitting at the table and my order hasnt been taken yet

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at dspot. We paid $20 for a crepe that was paper-thin, with just 2 strawberries, a drizzle of Nutella, and no substance to it. The quality and portion size felt like a complete scam, and I can’t imagine how they think it’s acceptable to charge that much for so little. To make matters worse, when picking up our order, there was unnecessary confusion and disorganization, which made the experience even more frustrating. And without GST, thanks to Trudeau, the price was already outrageous, it would have been even higher otherwise. Save your money and go somewhere that actually offers value for what you’re paying.

We usually go to the Dixie or Heartland outlet, but after visiting this location, I found it to be better! Better in sense, this is never overcrowded. It is easier to get a table even on a weekend, and their service is great too. The plaza where it is located has plenty of parking. They have a lovely outdoor seating, too, which is open during the warmer months. Don't think any of the D Spots in Mississauga have outdoor seating (I could be wrong 😁).

I had my first visit to D Spot Dessert in Oakville, and it was a fantastic experience! The place was quite busy when we arrived, but that didn’t affect the quality of service or food one bit. Our server, Rakhi and their other staff, did an incredible job managing everything with a smile. Despite the rush, they attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. Her recommendations were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious – everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Hit d spot highly recommended. It’s not easy to provide such excellent service during peak we will definitely be coming back soon to try more from their amazing menu! Highly recommend D Spot Dessert Oakville if you’re looking for a sweet treat and great service. Good job!!

This was my first time at D Spot it was not even that busy but the staff was rushing for no reason and doing every order wrong totally unexperienced staff, i ordered a crepe with strawberries and bananas with milk chocolate there was literally no chocolate. This girl at the front who was taking my take out order need to be calm she told me it will take about 15 minutes so i came back after 25 minutes my order was there but she said we have to make your cappuccino again because its cold and she open the lid it was hot steam was coming out of it i saw her giving that cappuccino to someone else. I was waiting for atleast more than 10 minutes there thats why she offered me ice-cream with the crepe i said okay give me a pistachio ice cream but they forgot to put it in my takeout bag and hand out my takeout to me i doubt there is something missing probably so i opened my bag and i looked into it i found the dirty cloth which they used to wipe down the counter i had a heart attack literally i lose my appetite right away. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 6 yrs and worked as a supervisor in a chocolate cafe but i know how to handle the pressure. Everything was wrong at this place very disappointing. I asked to the front girl what this cloth is doing in my bag she said oh this cloth is not dirty my question is what that cloth is doing inside my bag ? I wanted to ask for the refund but she walk away without any apology because she was rushing. I am very disappointing.

We were group of 10 adults. We ordered different plates; savory and desserts, plus hot and cold drinks. The service was somehow slow, though the place was not full. I ordered the Steak and Brie sandwich, it wasn't great, the steak was dry and you can tell by the taste it's not fresh and the bread was stale and soggy! The ones who ordered the burgers enjoyed it and said it was yummy. The dessert plates that were ordered were delicious and big portions perfect for sharing. The drinks were great. All in all it was a good experience, I would recommend for desserts but not for savory food.

I’ve been to many D Spot establishments in Ontario and this location is by far the worst. My husband and I ordered each a dessert, one came on a plate and the other in a to go box (we were eating in) - the cake tasted and looked like the red jam was old and had been in the fridge for a few days. For how much it is, you’d expect it to be fresh. The Lotus butter iced coffee was not good - tasted of old bitter coffee, with no noticeable flavour added. The poutine was as good as Costco - I enjoyed it. But, the drinks and desserts were not worth the $66 (including the tip). I initially asked for a cookie skillet but was informed this would take 20+ minutes to prepare. Overall, there are MANY other dessert establishments to try that are not only cheaper, but will be worth what you are paying. Really unfortunate, we had high expectations as the location in Kitchener has been AMAZING but the Oakville was not good. We won’t be back to this specific location.

It was such a great experience for me and my parents. The employee kindly let us know about their buy one get one promotion. We both made our own waffles and selected toppings. The waffles are so soft and buttery to eat. Definitely coming back every weekend here.
