Concern about Employee Behavior on Christmas Day Dear Management, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my visit to your location on Christmas Day with my family. While I'm a regular customer and appreciate your food quality, the behavior of one employee was unacceptable. The employee who took our order was rude, unprofessional, and lacked the courtesy expected in a customer-facing role. We waited an extended period for our food without prior notification, which would have been manageable if communicated properly. When we inquired about our dessert, the employee told us to wait, only to discover later that he hadn't placed the order. We requested cancellation due to the excessive wait time. When we addressed the issue, the employee was not remorseful and his body language and demeanor was " I don't care." I want to emphasize that my issue is not with your food quality but with the hiring process. Employees like this can harm your business. I hope you'll take the necessary steps to address this issue. Sorry to say but the employee is not fit for the job. I have a picture of the employee in question, although I didn't catch his name.

Would have given a 3.5 but rounding it off to 4. The pizza was a bit over done due to which it was not as flavorful as expected. However, the desserts did justice and lived up to the expectation. All the stars are due to the desserts. Skillet is a must try - though I feel they should offer a bigger size as well. The service was a bit delayed though - had to ask for utensils after we had the food, etc. It was definitely crowded but management should assign the manpower accordingly.

D Spot offers a delightful range of treats for all sweet tooth enthusiasts. Their hot drinks and milkshakes are rich and indulgent, perfect for cozying up. The cold drinks are refreshing, while the cakes and desserts are delicious. Their ice cream and waffles creations stand out, and the pancakes are fluffy and satisfying. Overall, it’s a sweet journey worth taking!

Great spot to come to when I want to catch up with friends. Menu is overwhelmingly large but there’s a lot to choose from. Dessert in general is very overpriced nowadays. But the dessert here is consistently unique and good. The hot dog was just okay. More worth coming here for the dessert

D-Spot is hands down my favorite go-to dessert spot! Whether you’re craving the Birthday Cake Shake or their heavenly Belgian waffles, they’ve got it all. From tasty shakes to cheesecakes in a glass, it’s the perfect place to satisfy any dessert craving. Plus, they’re open till late, making it ideal for late-night treats with my friends. Oh and if you’re not big on sweets, their coffee selection won’t disappoint—I’m obsessed with the Rose Latte. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out on some of the best desserts in town!

I visited a dessert place today and tried a few items. The milkshakes were good, and the pizza was excellent. It's definitely a must-try spot, and one of the best I've been to so far. Highly recommended for dessert lovers!

Enjoyed out evening delights on the patio. The server was friendly, professional and funny. Had an amazing time and looking forward to going back. Especially now that I know they are dog friendly on the patio 😀.

Canned whipped cream, one dimensional cloyingly sweet flavours suitable for a child’s palate. Not worth the hefty price tag. Clean and bright, however some mood lighting and music would be a nice touch as people typically come here evenings after dinner.
