D Anthony Restaurant is amazing! Their food is so flavorful, and the owners are extremely friendly! Would recommend Jerk Chicken, but they also have Delicious Chicken Soup! Other meals include Oxtail, Curry Goat, and more! Would recommend

Tried the pattys a few times because I work close by but the edges have been stale 3/4 times and Im only able to eat the middle part. I just needed an empty plate today to eat the lunch I packed for myself so I went a few doors down and instead of just asking for a plate I figured I’ll pay for a patty and then I asked for one of those disposable plates on the side and they said “that’s now how it works in reality” and said it’s going to be a $1 extra. I nodded my head and the owner told me “yeah I know it’s sad” I went next door to the nice pizza spot and they gave me a plate for free even though I didn’t buy anything. However their jerk chicken is not bad, but I’ve had better.

My first time here. Great Jamaican restaurant, friendly service, fresh food and tasty. Warning it is spicy. Also this is a take out joint. Limited street parking, but come hungry! I ordered their Goat curry, yummy!

I had a taste for oxtail and since oxtail is not something you can just whip up in an instant, I decided to try this place for the first time. The service was great, very welcoming and courteous. The oxtail was delicious and tender, it was seasoned but it was not spicy. I greatly appreciated the fact it was not sweet as most jamaican restaurants' oxtail I've tried is sweet and that is a let down for me. The rice and peas was good with a nice coconut flavour, veg was fresh and crispy. Coleslaw on point too. I originally went for their goat head soup but they ran out. Chicken soup had great flavour, loaded with chicken and veggies and a little spice. Festivals were good and freshly fried, had a little sweetness and a hint of nutmeg. Portions were good and I have food for tomorrow. I highly recommend.

I’m a Jamaican chef so I know food I’m giving u 5 star for goat season right and the spice good the chicken soup is good the fresh salad great added touch 👏🏽 Had the opportunity to meet the owners today what a wonderful people nuff love yummy goat soup 😊

Solid 4.5/5. Got the small jerk chicken and small oxtail which was more than enough for two people! It was delicious! Especially the oxtail, it was really soft and a bit fatty. The charr on the chicken was great and you could really taste the scotch bonnet after each bite- spicy but not too spicy. My husbands reaction was literally “oh damn”. Chicken got a bit dry by the time we got home because it’s take out only but still delicious while fresh. Definitely would recommend.

Truly authentic and traditional Jamaican cuisine at an affordable price! I came to this wonderful resturant a few weeks ago with an open mind and an empty stomach. The store owners were extremely friendly and hospitable. I ended up trying both their oxtail and jerk chicken. As well as some festival. The oxtail was fall off the bone and extremely flavourful. The jerk chicken was seasoned well, with plenty of heat using scotch bonnet peppers. Best of all, the side dishes like the rice n peas, fesrival and macaroni salad were amazing too! All of this flavour for such an affordable price. They are seriously generous with the portions which makes everything feel like a nice home cooked meal. I'll definitely be returning sometime soon!
