The food was good and quite enjoyable, but the service could have been better. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

Five of us traveled from Maryland and Virginia to Niagara Falls, Ontario. We were looking for a place to have lunch after driving over 8 hours to our destination. We found Cracker Jack's Bar & Grill and decided to give it a try. When my husband and friend enter the establishment, they were asked how many? A customer at the bar said too many. Meaning too many people of color. Not one employee of the establishment said anything to this racist customer who looked like they were a regular there. That customer just cost this establishment over $300 and the waitress $50 because we decided not to spend our money in a racist place. We found another restaurant and had the best service anyone could ask for. We tipped our amazing waitress $50 for treating us like human beings. Thank you making us leave and have a much more enjoyable lunch somewhere else!

Food was fantastic! Service was extremely slow at 10pm with only a few of us total. Menu smelt strong of urine. We ordered the Wontons as an appetizer to share. I ordered the Nashville fried chicken sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the steak sandwich as our entrees. The food came out hot, tasted fresh and the portions were great! We left with leftovers.

I will be meeting a friend later but it's still early and there are Yelp reviews to write. I found Cracker Jack's and while the food looks great, I just had a beer and some wifi. The bar area has televisions across the wall, all tuned in to sports though muted this afternoon. Several folks having a pleasant time eating and drinking in the bar area, the dining room and at the outside tables. There's a nice vibe here and I enjoyed my time.

I was very disappointed with my pizza and chicken wings. I did pick up my order but it wasn't ready, which is fine. therefore I thought the food will be very hot just coming out of the oven, great. But I was wrong, the pizza was very thin ,cold and the crust looked over cooked, the wings looked like they have been ready for a while. I told myself years ago I wasn't going to purchase a pizza there again. but I thought lets give it another chance. never again.

We came to the Cracker Jack's bar & grill restaurant in front of my house with my mother-in-law's lovely baby family to eat out on Christmas. All the food recommended by friendly server was delicious. I should come back again

I enjoyed their burger and loved the spinach dip! The spinach dip is a must try and serves for 2 people very well. We visit the place quiet often as it's close to where we live and the food overall is good. The other day I tried the twisted Mac & cheese but wasn't very fond of it as I felt that the red peppers in it wasn't going well with the pasta. The wings are good but I feel like they are a little to the drier side than juicier even with the sauce on it. I also liked their sweet potato fries but the chipotle dip with it I don't like as I have tasted better at other places. My friend liked the steak, it was well cooked and juicy. The white pizza was very good as well. I also love love their garden salad!
