Cottage Pizza and Sandwich

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, mainly because of the cashier’s extremely unprofessional attitude. Their behavior was rude and dismissive, which completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable visit. Customer service should always be a priority, and the way I was treated was far from acceptable. I hope management addresses this issue, as such behavior can drive customers away. If you want to see how rude he is, just look at his response. It speaks for itself 😂 :

We ordered the large Beef and Mushroom Lover pizza, and it was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. While the price is a bit on the higher side, it’s reasonable compared to other Persian pizzerias and worth it for the taste.

I visited this restaurant from the States with high expectations, but my experience was disappointing. The food was good, though portions were small, but the owner's attitude was the worst part. I accidentally dropped the card reader while getting my receipt and apologized right away. Instead of understanding, he complained and made me feel unwelcome. Now he’s responded to my review claiming I broke the machine, which isn’t true—I even saw other customers using the same device afterward. After reading other reviews, I can see this behavior is a pattern. Shame on you for treating customers like this. I won’t be coming back.

Last night, we ordered the luxury cottage special pizza and a cottage sandwich. The quality was relatively good, but it would have been better if the pizza was cooked more thoroughly to be crispier. The sandwich was decent as well. Overall, the place has a nice ambiance.

I visited a beautiful place with nice decorations that gave a good vibe. Though the colors were a bit saturated, the food quality was good, and they even offered a half-sized sandwich. The man running the place was very polite and welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience dining at this establishment. The staff was incredibly friendly, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The highlight of the meal was definitely the delicious Persian Fusion dishes. The pizza with heavy extra toppings was bursting with flavor, while the loaded french fries left me craving more. Friendly staff, quick service, tasty Persian Fusion dishes such as pizza with heavy extra toppings, loaded french fries and big sandwiches. Parking on street is a bit tricky but they have underground visitor parking available. Seating area was ok for a party of 8 and there were a few other smaller tables too. Definitely recommended if you are hungry!
