My family of 12 and I came here as we were celebrating christmas at the Hilton. We appreciated that this resturant was attached to the hotel and my mom was able to arrange with the resturant manager a private eating area to enjoy the Family Style Italian option. When we arrived at the resturant the four hostesses were very unkind and unfriendly. The main girl did not greet us at all nor did she smile. She asked us how many adults and kids there were and if we were familiar with the menu then proceeded to say “we don’t do private rooms” when we told her about our arrangement. After looking into it they were able to escort us to our area. The food was tasty with the option to add more vegetarian options which was lovely as my partner and I are vegetarian. They were generous with the food and we actually had to ask them to bring out less portions as we didn’t want to waste food and were getting full. The service was good and the servers and cleaning staff were attentive. Really enjoyed with Family Style option as none of us have ever tried this before but were just put off by the initial start to the night.

Fantastic idea for unlimited food. The service was wonderful and so was the food. I found out later that you get a bottle of wine with dinner but I never had that offered, i could be wrong.

We went here for dinner this past Saturday and made the reservation a few months ago when we booked rooms at the Hilton for our family xmas get together. We were excited about going to a restaurant situated in the hotel and the family style dinner sounded amazing. I booked a table for 12 originally through the event manager at the hotel, but when I called to confirm our reservation, the manager emailed to say they had reserved a more private area for us, which was wonderful. When we arrived for our dinner, we were disappointed at the service from the host at the front desk. She was not welcoming or friendly. She was unpleasant while taking our information, which was unfortunate and not the way you greet guests. There was another three hosts stood behind her, and none of them greeted us or smiled. I made sure to share this experience as we left the restaurant. Once seated, the 2 servers were really great. They were friendly and professional. We were really excited about the four family meal and the majority of our group really enjoyed it but as foodies, my husband and I expected more for $69. They brought out 4 Servings for each course which felt like a lot and we did not want to waste so we requested they cut back to three which they did. It was all flavourful and came out in a timely manner. One feedback about the food is the duck was quite dry. Another feedback is that it would have been nice to have more options for the bottle of wine that’s included in the dinner price. Overall, it was a great experience, good food, and we had a wonderful time as a family.

We had a work party at corso. One of the best Italian restaurants with great food and service. For vegetarians they have chef special mushroom eggplant dish- I have never had anything like this, absolutely delicious. Pasta’s and desserts was also delicious. It’s a must try place.

Visited this family-style restaurant with my partner, and the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The concept of serving three courses—salad, pasta, and a mix of seafood and chicken—with an option for pork that we chose to skip due to dietary restrictions. breakdown of our experience: • Food: The salad was fresh and enjoyable, and the white sauce pasta was creamy and well-prepared. The tiramisu dessert was good as well. However, the chicken dish was excessively salty, and the shrimp lacked flavor entirely, which was disappointing for a seafood offering. • Price: For two people, the total came to $170. • Service: The service left much to be desired. While the staff was efficient, the waiters lacked polite and professional behavior, which detracted from the overall dining experience. On a positive note, they said goodbye with a dessert box. Overall, We’d rate the experience 6 out of 10.

Corso is a family style meal with 4 courses and a complimentary bottle of wine along with a glass of prosecco as you walk to your table. Starting off you get bread and butter which is perfectly warm. You also get a Piatti Antipasto which has Italian salumi, fresh cheeses, olives, and grilled vegetables. After that you get your pasta course which includes Strozzapreti Cacio e Pepe Romano con Tartufo which has House-made strozzapreti pasta with the famous Romano cheese and pepper sauce topped with fresh shaved truffles and mushrooms, Rigatoni Cinghiale Parmigiano which has house-made rigatoni with a wild boar tomato sauce topped with shaved Parmesan cheese and Chef’s Seasonal Pasta Feature which includes, Seasonal ingredients take center stage in our chef’s pasta feature. If you still have room in your stomach it's time for the mains course which includes, steak, chicken, seafood dish (we had Sea Bass) and a lovely salad to keep it balanced. If there's still room in your stomach you cannot forget about dessert. This course is a mixture of tiramisu cake which didn't have a big coffee flavor which in my opinion made it even better, and labeled as strawberry sorbet but it had more of a mousse consistency, however delicious none the less. As we were leaving we were invited to take a bag of the homemade pasta home for our own enjoyment later. This is our experience when we went, your experience may differ based on menu changes. The fact that it is located in the Hilton Niagara Falls Hotel was even better because that is where I was staying. An amazing experience for sure. Not only was the food and service simply outstanding but the piano player certainly stole the show. He was playing everything from Frank Sinatra to Britney Spears to "baby shark." It added more to the experience which amplified the whole meal.

A three star restaurant desperately trying to make you believe it’s a four star. The fixed family style menu cuts down on all those pesky choices for sure. But when one offers a limited menu at the prices Corso’s offers one would expect top quality ingredients. One would be disappointed. Each round from the antipasto to the dessert is served with the intent to impress but the presentation misses that mark. Instead it’s more like a tiny buffet at your table. The food was fine. But at $60 per plate I would have expected each round of food to impress more than the last, but they didn’t. None of the food was of particular note except perhaps the dessert. Just about all of the meal was smothered in seasoning and sauce as to be almost obnoxious. The cut of steak we were offered was overcooked, over marinated and the whole meal was over priced. The live piano player and the overall decors add to the effort to impersonate luxury but the overall experience didn’t hit the mark. And don’t get me started with the “complimentary bottle of wine” that comes with meal, it was like drinking a bottle of vinegar. Parking is non-existent so expect to find some other form of transportation. Reservations are recommended and required during peak times. Overall it was a pleasant experience even though it did meet expectations. It certainly wasn’t worth the cost.

It was a nice evening. Great atmosphere and service was good as well. We didn’t really enjoy the appetizer, aside from the bread. The cheese was too thick and too much and neither of us enjoy cold cooked vegetables. The pasta was amazing and the entree’s with the cooked meats were equally delicious. It was a wonderful experience.
