Corazon Agave - Mexican Cuisine

Holy mole this doesn’t taste that good. The mole sauce is way too sweet!! I’ve had chocolate cookies less sweet than this, and I don’t like shredded chicken with my chocolate cookies. Just like my chocolate cookies after sitting out for weeks, the chicken was also dry. My mom says it’s not that bad, but she got full suspiciously quickly, so I think it may not be that good. On the bright side though, the tacos were actually quite yummy. My mom said to avoid mentioning the tamales, just like how she avoided eating them. The chips and pico de gallo was pretty good and good value. The tostadas were decent. The service was great and our food was ready very quickly. P.S: my mom is now eating soup, and she is “not hungry” Note, we got takeout so presentation may not be as nice looking as usual and we did take a couple bites out of the food. Also we ate all the tacos so there’s no photos of them but they were nice.

I love local, mom-and-pop restaurants, especially ones that offer unique dishes. Corazon Agave fits the bill to a 'T' and it is a local gem! The authenticity bar was set high when Tecate beer was served with a wedge of lime and a salt shaker at the beginning of the meal. The salsa was fresh and delightful, a perfect companion to the homemade chips. The tacos were deliciously prepared on homemade tortillas. My favourites were cochinita and fish. Corazon Agave is the place for authentic and honest Mexican food!

Went on a Saturday night. The ambience was good. The owner was very friendly and food came out very fast. Tres leches was amazing, I would go back.

Chile en nogada in Toronto! It is a delicacy that we eat in mexico around Independence Day season and they were able to deliver the authentic experience. Thank you and looking forward to trying the other non- seasonal dishes!

Small space with beautifully decorated accents and walls. The menu is one sheet doubled sided and the tables are able to host both solo/duo parties and they have a section for bigger groups. Restaurant workers are extremely friendly and approachable, also very helpful to new customers on suggesting menu items.

I’ve been here for breakfast and finally had a chance to have dinner. Everything was great, fresh and made in house. 2 of us shared the guac, chips and salsa. Pastor tacos and Swiss Enchiladas. Tacos were perfect and enchiladas had a mild flavour. Mango and Hibiscus drinks were refreshing. We also had the Mango pie and tres leche for dessert - I’m so full 🤤 Small and lovely space. I like the colours and the mural. Will def be back!

Happy to see a new Mexican restaurant open up in Etobicoke! Very delicious food. My friend and I shared the nachos, which were delicious. I ordered three tacos, got the fish, shrimp and pastor. I’d say that the fish taco was probably my favourite, but they were all good. The hot sauces provided were delicious. On top of that, the horchata was amazing!! Probably one of the best I’ve tried in the city. I’d definitely come back.
