Copperworks Brew Pub Restaurant

Wife and I just had an incredible lunch at Copperworks! Kaleigh was awesome and shared some great recommendations. Food and their house brews were all amazing, one of our favourite dining out experiences in a long, long time. Will be back soon!!

New to the area and first time visiting this restaurant, we stopped in for lunch on a work day. There's dedicated parking for the restaurant, it's a charming older building with seating on a patio out front, we sat inside which was cozy with a good vibe. We were seated straight away on walking in, our waitress was very quick to arrive for our drink order, super friendly, and helpful with questions on the menu. Food arrived surprisingly quickly (we said 'wow that was fast!'), and it was hot and delicious! We were checked on a couple times while eating and she came back with the check as soon as we asked for it. Pretty much a perfect experience!

I took my wife out for dinner on a Friday night. Staff was friendly drinks were good but the time between appetizers and the main was almost an hour. My burger was over cooked and dry. The wife's rice was over cooked and mushy. We requested for more napkins and ended up finishing our meal without every getting any more.

I work in the community, and everyone has suggested I try this place. The moment I walked into the building, it had a funny musty smellI was very disappointed. Food was less than to be desired. Don't forget the long wait for food took about an hour. My husband's burger was dry and bland, with a handful of fries. I had the souvalaki dinner, rice was way overcooked, and the salad must have had the whole can of olives on it. I believe I had asked for napkins, never received. Waitress had to come back a second time to ask my drink order, not very attentive. I wouldn't recommend it.

Have been 2 weeks in a row now for lunch. The weekly lunch specials are a great deal and the food was delicious. Our server was wonderful - very polite and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Portions were perfect. Definitely worth going!

We had an excellent patio experience at Copperworks. The service was on point - they managed to fulfill all of our requests, and handled the basics too: like bringing us some delicious food. My butter chicken poutine was fantastic - savoury and filling with delicious gooey cheese curds that strung up just right.

My family loves this place! It's one of our favourites. Copperworks is one of a kind with the best smoked meat you'll have. We are sad that COVID has hit this pub hard. Please, if you can, help them out by ordering take-out or delivery. You won't be disappointed! P.S if you're gluten-free, all their meat is gf -just order a delicious gluten-free bun (make sure you ask for it toasted).

Disappointing. Arrived at 12:45 noon and left at 2:10pm. It took far too long to prepare our meal on Sunday September 29, 2019. We waited 48 minutes for nachos, pulled pork on a bun, and a burger and fries. All were over cooked. The nachos looked bad. The pulled pork was dark grey and hard (over cooked). The burger meat was dry, and burnt. Fries are not hand cut (just go to any chip truck and you’ll see what hand cut fries actually look like). The pictures speak for themselves. The waitress was fine and still got a 15% tip... but the food was not properly prepared. The only good thing was the beer but it was a craft brewery and it would be unfair to mention the brewery in this review.
