Copperhorn Meet House Toronto

We went to enjoy our New Year’s Day, had high hope entering but left disappointed, even left before I even got my main course. Our server was nice but needs more training. Even the manager didn’t do anything when we had to send our steak back. Ordered a filet mignon asked for medium rare($68) but more on the rare side also added scallop($28), unfortunately steak was well done and burnt, scallop wasn't bad but a little too salty. Even my husband new york strip($54) wasn’t as ordered. Both steak was very dry and bland. Plate was warm but food was cold. On the other hand oysters($36) were very fresh, bread was good could be warmer. We also ordered 2 cocktails($39), wasn’t anything special. Was very disappointed in how the manager dealt with our situation, I hate to say going to a high end restaurant but we could cook our steak better at home is ridiculous, for the price definitely not worth it.

We spent a Saturday night at the hotel a d came here for dinner. Great service. Steak and mushrooms were delicious. They can probably work on the ambiance. The look is a little plain but that doesn't really matter to me if the steak is good 👍

We recently dined at Copperhorn and had Jay as our server. While the overall experience was not good, there was an issue with how our bill was handled. We used $23 in comp dollars, but we were still charged full price for our meal. When we brought it to Jay's attention, he delayed resolving the issue, talking too much about nonsensical things instead of addressing the problem directly. His excessive and irrelevant chatter made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. We hope the staff receives additional training to ensure comps are properly applied and that customer concerns are handled efficiently and respectfully in the future. Attention to these details can significantly improve the dining experience.

We have never been to the Woodbine Casino and wanted to experience something new for our first Christmas. Rahul our server went above and beyond to make our Christmas experience memorable. The oysters and tuna poke appetizers were amazing . The drinks were decadent. The Prime Rib was melt in your mouth delicious . We would recommend dining here to anyone looking for fine food . Thanks Rahul fir making this an enjoyable evening.

Went to a concert and attended the Copperhorn. There are a number of low star reviews but we decided to give it a shot So glad we did It was a party of 3 and we had a great meal and good service and they got us out in time for the show Thank you

Food and service were better than any steakhouse I have been to recently. The food came out quickly and was presented well. Our server, Yufi was pleasant and kind. The restaurant itself is in the back of a casino with no separate entrance; this was the only downfall. Most of the patrons appeared to be here for the casino which affected the ambiance. There was no music and even though the space is clean and spacious, for me it was missing that element of warmness.

Remote location but with good food. Went there in a group of few people and service was very fast. Thank you Mia. Had Beef Carpaccio with Parmesan and Horseradish Foam for appetizer and steak for main course. The food was very good. The restaurant is located inside casino so if you want to spend some extra money on gambling it's for you. Big advantage is the huge underground parking which is free.
