Went here for a group meeting dinner and reserved the entire night. The staff and the food were fantastic. I’ve never had something like this and it was a delicious meal with very entertaining dancers. I’ve been told there are other locations but this was great. I’d recommend going there whenever you had a special event

Worth it for the variety of foods and meats. I wouldn’t go on a Friday night again with the dancers, the extra $10 per person wasn’t worth it. But this place is great for a special occasion or a family gathering. Tons of options for anyone who eats meat. Vegetarian options are limited and vegan is a no go.

I honestly do not know where to start. Copa is hands down the best Brazilian Steakhouse I've ever been to. From service to the food. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I went during the week, so it wasn't loud. Which I loved, the noise was perfect. Service: My waitress Alexis was AMAZING, to say the least. She always made sure drinks were good, we were getting fed, and just checking on us. Bar Service: Kirsten is another Rockstar when it comes to, well, everything bar. I ordered a few different drinks, and they were on point. They tasted like drinks should taste. A great balance of flavors. Service in general was great. They were constantly coming around with food, making sure our plates were not empty. I was full within the first 20 minutes. Another great feature was how you ordered the drinks, sides, and desserts. Although I am not a fan of being on the phone when I am dinner, but still a great idea and smart. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. It is cost effective as well. I can go to the same place in America, and spend 10x more. Thank you, Copa, Alexis, and Kirsten for making the night great.

Have lived in the area for several years and never got a chance to come here. Glad I finally did! All I have to say is WOW! The food, service and atmosphere are seriously on point. Everything was so delicious. Amazing gluten free options too! Wish I could give them more stars!!

I booked The Keg for our anniversary dinner, but I canceled it and visited without a reservation. My phone was discharged, so I couldn't use it, and my husband couldn't use the data because of roaming issues. The order should be made with a QR code, but when neither of us could use the phone, Sophie C, a friendly server, printed the menu and brought it to me. She did her best to respond even if our requirements were slow because we were not good at English, and she told us with a big smile, so we felt warm while we were here. It's lucky if you meet her. The meat served continuously was so delicious. One server passed me about 2 times. I didn't feel too bad because I informed the manager of it and took immediate action. I sat by the window, and the atmosphere was great. And I stayed at Embassy Hilton, the location was great because it was right behind me.

We absolutely love this restaurant! We go at least 4 times a year! The servers are amazing and are always watching your table to ensure all your needs are met. On the weekends they have wonderful shows with beautiful and talented dancers. Great place for large parties, we had my husband’s 50 th here. Just be aware that with parties over 8 the gratuity is automatically added on. We failed to notice this and tipped our regular 25% tip on top of the built in gratuity! Luckily our less distracted son noticed it upon looking at the bill more closely and we had the bill adjusted. Kinda not cool but we will still return time and time again.

Just terrible. I asked 5 times to have our meat cooked medium well. They brought it out rare as you can see in the photo. When I reminded them that I asked for med well, they totally overcooked it. It’s not rocket science. They only gave us two options, completely burnt or totally raw. The meat was also poorly seasoned. My sides were also all overcooked. The pics will show my brussel sprouts were burned to a CRISP! How did that make it out of the kitchen? My fries were brown & hard. The waitress was completely overwhelmed & kept forgetting my order. Not her fault; they need to hire help. I felt bad asking her for anything because she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. A party of four next to us was complaining & the manager was arguing with them which is absurd. What a dumpster fire. Disgusting food. Needs new management & a better chef. Will not be returning. I want my money back but with how the management responded to the complaints of the other group, I knew it was pointless. $150 RipOFF!!

This is the ultimate romantic date night outing or great if your looking to try a variety of different meats. Elegant and clean. The customer service was outstanding, friendly and helpful. This location was recently renovated. Seamless ordering, you now select your sides from an App so they are served fresh to your table which we really enjoyed. I cannot say enough about the mashed potatoes, cheese bread, parmesan crusted steak, pineapple and deep fried bananas. It is on the higher side for cost but this is a steakhouse. Every bite was very flavorful. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were getting the meats we were looking for and catered to our preference of desired cook level. Very impressed. An absolutely wonderful dinner.
