I ordered 2 times on uber eats and items were forgotten and not included. We ordered 6 wraps and none were labelled. Sides ordered were not included. This for me is a poor delivery experience and the restaurants fault not the delivery drivers. Quite disappointed as I thought it was an odd occurrence on the prior order but it seems to be the status quo with the restaurant. Last time I’m ordering here.

Decided to try their lunch menu on a whim, the bartender/server was super sweet but the food here was just so incredibly bland and boring. I was in between the Nashville and their Korean fried chicken sandwich and she recommended the Nashville. Their Nashville was so incredibly bland, just plain chicken (two chicken fingers instead of a patty that kept falling apart) with barely any seasoning and a tasteless sauce which was the most disappointing part. I ordered fries as the complementary side and 10 mins into waiting they told me they were out of fries so the waitress was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to waffle fries but the waffle fries were super boring and tasteless too unfortunately. Maybe their regular fries are good but their waffle fries were so plain I don’t think they even salted them a little bit. If my service experience wasn’t great it’d get a 1 star.

The times I’ve been there the food is great but after getting their BBQ chicken salad as takeout I was so let down. $21 for a salad (this is about half), maybe 1/2 cup of diced chicken and a 2oz container of dressing. I expected a lot more for $21 and ended up with mostly an entire head of lettuce. All their other food is good but pretty unhappy with this visit.

Food is great, recommend dining in only, we've ordered ahead for pick up on several occasions, being told a time for pick up only to have to wait 15-30 minutes for our orders to be ready, and typically either missing something or being prepared incorrectly. Have at in the establishment several times and have found it thoroughly enjoyable. The service score I've given is respective to the take-out functionality or lack thereof of this restaurant. The actual bar staff has been awesome everytime I've been in. A little on the pricey side, but everything is these days. Nashville chicken sandwich is awesome, the mac and cheese bites are great, nachos are wonderful. Probably going to go back, but will definitely be dining in and not picking up.

Kids wanted chicken for lunch. Wasn’t disappointed with the selection. Food was great. Loved how the place felt when we arrived. Server was great!!

Came in as a new resident to Hamilton looking for a spot to enjoy some good food and good vibes, this place is great. The bartenders and service, including food quality is where it’s at. just outside of Hess too so there’s lots to do

We first went to sit outside we waited 10 minutes for our server just to bring us Waters and then it started to rain so we went inside. To find out there were people sitting at the bar and only one other table with people at it. We then waited 15 minutes for our drinks while watching our server entertain the bar guests and do shots while leaving our drinks unattended on the side of the bar until my boyfriend went to get them. Waited 30 mins for our food my one sons wings were so small and dried out he asked if they accidentally gave him a kids meal. Our other son got Mac and cheese which was just a box of KD. My chicken was cold and dry and so small you couldn't even see it between the bun.my gravy was cold enough you could comfortably stick your finger in it. The server checked on us once then continued to party with the bar guests to the point they cranked the music so loud we couldn't talk. The music was uncensored at a 6pm dinner time, which is pretty ridiculous for a family establishment. We won't ever go back. We had a terrible experience in waterdown and thought we'd give this location a try, it was equally as awful.

I stopped in for lunch and got the og crispy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The food was really good! I also really appreciated that the server double checked to make sure that I was okay with all the items on the sandwich and didn't have any food restrictions. I will say I do miss their onion petals.
