Conci. is a new restaurant in Toronto opened more than 6 months ago.

A place where you can gather, hang out and discuss about everything and nothing, enjoy good food, good pastries, good natural wine and music! Our patio is open all year long. however we do not have heaters. We only have a few seatings available inside. We are mostly a takeout place in the winter.

Probably one of the best bakeries in town. Always fresh and the options are endless. Staff is so friendly. Can’t miss if you are in the east end. Must try the crossaint.

Dropped by on a Sunday afternoon. This place is obviously popular as they were out of some baked good when they got there. Managed to snag the bread pudding and loved it. Huge, dense, custardy, creamy. A tad pricey but worth it. Also got coffee which was pretty standard. Not sure what this place is like as a bistro and wine bar. But as a bakery, its definitely worth a stop!

Got their famous Triple Fromage Croissant that I've read online, and it lives up to the hype. Covered with poppy seeds and a beautiful spiral structure on the inside, it is crispy and crunchy from the poppy seeds, which provides a contrast of aromas from the butter of the croissant and the cheese inside, which is complex and provides a lot more depth to each bite. Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! EDIT: More goodies. The canele has a deeply caramelized exterior, for a rich depth of flavour and a crispy texture to contrast the gooey vanilla custard center, while the kouign aman has a attractive shape and a beautiful contrast of textures and flavours.

Located at Greenwood & Gerard, Conci was a highly anticipated destination fueled by numerous recommendations (thanks, Peter from Dreyfus!). We'd heard about their natural wines, but we came by early Sunday morning on this particular occasion, seeking comfort in some pastries and coffee. They opened at 9 am, and we showed up five minutes later, only to find a tolerable queue of eager customers. Most people seemed glad to grab their treats to go, but we chose to enjoy the morning sunshine on their patio. The croissants that awaited us were superb. We woke from our Sunday morning haze with each buttery, flaky, flavorful bite. Yet, one particular pastry reigned supreme—a pistachio-infused croissant with unrivalled flavour and texture. Oh, what a hit it was with the adults and kids alike! In the company of flat whites brewed to perfection, the entire experience reached new heights. As we sipped our coffee and savoured the last morsels of our delightful pastries, we couldn't help but feel a deep sense of satisfaction. Conci exceeded our expectations, leaving an indelible mark on our culinary journey, orchestrated in the most unpretentious settings. So, if you are fortunate enough to be on the east end, step foot in this spot and enjoy! We look forward to returning to try the natural wines on-site, but we purchased some bottles to take home, which will do for now!

Believe the reviews - this is just a wonderful spot. Perfect portion sizes, thoughtful presentation, everything abounding in flavour. Not pictured is the quinoa salad, also great! I don’t believe you can go wrong with any choice here. Veg friendly, fair prices, a pleasant patio, happy staff - what more do you want? As others have said, the couple who own it are lovely, and it’s clearly their passion. Looking forward to trying their new joint sometime soon.

One of the best brunches I've ever had in Toronto. Spectacular flavors! Edit: after several months, I returned there and I haven't changed my opinion, in fact I'd give this place 6/5 stars if possible. Every plate looks like a piece of art and they taste incredible. I'm adding a new picture to these review in case you're still wondering if it's worth your time.

Delicious baked goods and Cafe with curated selection of wines. Small interior with not much seating but they have a patio where you can enjoy your drinks and food. One of the best butter croissants in the city, and the ham and Swiss is a must try if you like beschamel!
