Community Restaurant

Came here with two other people, I think they just opened cause we were the only ones there. Unfortunately, they didn't have a bunch of drinks we were looking at and it was mostly cocktails around that time (I guess cause it's dinner service). We ordered the truffle mushroom risotto, butter chickpea curry, and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings. My favourite was probably the curry. It had good flavour, the pita was nice and crispy and even tasted great on its own. Spicy buffalo wings were the next one but I found them a little salty. Risotto was disappointing (maybe I'm just picky with my risotto) but I didn't really taste the mushroom that much. The interior was spacious and had cool paintings on the wall. Service could be better.

Visited Community for the first time for lunch today. The service was slow despite the restaurant being quite empty, and it took an extremely long time for the server to come take our order (despite our attempts to flag them down). We ordered the green goddess salad and the bang bang broccoli bowl. The green goddess portion was quite small for the price you pay, but was still a nice healthy meal. We tried ordering the bang bang broccoli with brown rice but disappointingly, they had run out. The broccoli was charred nicely and the sauce wasn't too heavy, and overall was a really delicious bowl (definitely recommend getting this!) We were surprised to find an automatically added 15% gratuity to our bill at the end of our meal, despite there being just the two of us - so something to keep in mind when choosing to dine here (unsure if this would also apply for take out orders). Also a note that there is no free parking, but you can easily find street parking along the restaurant.

Stopped at this place for a late lunch, had the chicken Caesar wrap with a hibiscus lemonade, and it was delicious! Definitely recommend! Nice shaded patio too!

How is this a Vegan spot? Wow, so so good and I’m an unabashed carnivore. Food and vibe is so on point (delicious, modern). Butter Tofu was to die for especially paired with the Mango Lassi drink. I will be back to try more with or without my Vegan/Vegetarian friends. ❤️❤️❤️

Love the atmosphere. Really friendly service. The food was amazing, wish I had space for dessert. We’ll definitely try it next time. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful atmosphere, peaceful interior. Great quality food from good quality ingredients. Price was also really decent. I got the caesar wrap and fries. Wrap could definitely use more sauce but it was still really good. Meal was very filling. Definitely wanna return and try more of the menu items.

Great vegan brunch! We went as a group of six and had good service. Everyone really enjoyed their food. I had the Community Pancakes and really enjoyed them. You can tell all the dishes are thought out and prepared thoughtfully. My girlfriend got the 'chicken and waffles' and it looked amazing. My only minor complaint is that the music was way too loud. It went from no music, to absolutely blasting. We all had to start yelling just to hear one another. Probably just a fluke with the sound system. But besides that it was great. Definitely recommend.

Food was good, love the mushroom risotto. Food portion is on the larger side so don't be greedy and order too much. Since is vegan restaurant, I can eat with no worries about being dairy free. The only complaint is the woman washroom is so tight for each stall is crazy, but I guess nothing they could do about it.
