Common Good Beer Company is a new restaurant in Toronto opened more than 6 months ago.
Proudly representing Scarborough, we are a craft brewery with a retail store and dine-in tap room. We make a wide range of craft beers and welcome everyone to enjoy them with us. While don’t have a restaurant attached to our tap room, we have a wide range of snacks and also permit outside food to be brought in. We also host guest food vendor “pop-ups” and food trucks every Saturday from 12 to 6pm. We are family, dog friendly, and have a massive collection of board games for kids (and adults) and treats for dogs. This place is a gem! The owner and staff are super friendly, making you feel right at home. Their beers are reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is amazing—think craft brews meets arcade heaven. Tons of games to play while you sip! Food options are limited, but the best part is you can bring your own. It can get busy at times, but that just adds to the lively vibe. Definitely worth a visit! 🍻🎮

Keegan welcomed us right away, explained the beers and every events that this place holds, amazing service! They have a fun selection of arcade games as well as board games. Small selection of on tap beers but also have plenty of options available in cans.

Friendly staff, bright and clean interior with lots of seating and board games. They have trivia nights on Wednesdays, drink specials some evenings and pop-up food events on weekends, not to mention their great selection of beers, IPAs, stouts, lagers, pilsners, and more.

One of Scarborough's hidden Gems. Great beer & friendly people. The beer is so good, i reluctantly buy beer store. For cost effectiveness, buy a Growler, and get it refilled each time you go there. Good commons has a policy where you can bring in your own food (when there isn't a food event. see pic of jan events) , stay and enjoy a pint. Good commons is truly a unique place (especially during the summer), that I enjoy frequenting.

Love this Local Brewery selling some amazing freshly Brewed beer options. If you're bored of that store-bought beer and are looking for something fresh this summer then this is the right place. Their Amber Ale is top-notch and I personally love all the lager and pilsner options they have. You can try their beer flights and decide which one you love before you buy a 6 pack ❤️ The staff is welcoming and very helpful. This summer they are also offering food on selected days. Keep checking their Instagram page. 11 out 10 would recommend trying this place if you're in the area❤️ Cheers!

Amazing! I enjoyed our first visit here yesterday! I love love love the coffee notes from the Wraith beer they offered. You guys should try it too if they still have it. A flight of beer (4 x 4/5oz beer) would cost you less than $16 with tax, so if you’re able to splurge and try this out, you better do it! There were board and card games available for patrons to use. They should put hand sanitizer bottles on each table though for infection prevention measures. I’ll definitely come back again and bring friends to introduce this to them!

Common Good Beer Co. is an incredible spot to hang out, have some fun, and just enjoy some good beer. I'm not a beer connoisseur so I can't say anything more than I enjoyed the on-tap flight that they have. Their menu seems to shuffle from time to time and the staff does make good recommendations and are very accommodating. It is a weird but super cozy and casual atmosphere with kids, dogs, and tons of board games, you just don't realize how much time you spent there sometimes. I also happen to come in the day where they have the Dad's Korean Kitchen pop-up inside. It was totally unexpected but it's amazing to have a local business there and you can enjoy delicious food along with beer. Can't wait to come back again next time!
