Cluck 'N Boom

Y’all, I was real excited to try Cluck N Boom, but Lord have mercy, it was a hot mess. The chicken was so dry, I thought I was chewing on cardboard! And where was the seasoning? Not a lick of flavor to be found. The sides? Child, I could’ve made better at home with my eyes closed. And don’t even get me started on the service—slow as molasses and just as cold. The noise in there was somethin’ else too; couldn’t even hear myself think. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go neither.

First time ordering from Cluck N Boom and I didn’t know what to expect. I always see them as an option to order off of Ubereats. I ordered the chicken tenders with a side of Buffalo chicken fries and an iced coffee drink. I got the chicken tenders and they were pretty much flat, as if they were meant for a chicken burger. The fries were just regular frozen fries with some chicken pieces and lots of sauce, way too soggy and salty for my liking. If I knew that this was how did they their chicken tenders, I would have just ordered Wendy’s. It did not look like what they advertise. I wouldn’t order from Cluck N Boom again.

Have ordered 2 times from Uber, food was fresh and delicious. Truly enjoyed Hamburger Combo and Hamburger fries.. today went to eat at the location and the burgers were cold and patty was dry, clearly it was not freshly made. Hamburger fries was hot and fresh. Quite disappointing. I would maybe understand this when receiving delivery but not eating at the location! And the tables and chairs are very sticky, not pleasant experience.

Tried a few things. Chilli chicken wrap with egg is very good. Chicken tikka burger is okayish. Masala or regular fries both are good. This place have vegetarian options too.

I ordered a combo on Uber eats. The fries were okay, sauce is pretty good. However my burger was literally soooo salty. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, so I called to inform them of it. Rather than call Uber and get my money back. Instead of understanding the worker over the phone tried to squabble with me and tell me I was wrong. I had to cut him off and ask him how he’s telling me and my mouths tingling from the salt. My burger literally tastes like someone sprinkled plain salt on it with a hint of seasoning. This will be my first and last time ordering from you guys. Not because it was salty, but because the man tried to argue with me about my food. Everyone makes mistakes but squabbling with a customer is ridiculous. Mid burger and mid customer service, 4/10 experience.

I visited this place yesterday and I can this is really good place to have some burgers and other things . I tried nashville hot chicken burger and it was so good . The chicken was drenched in chilli oil and was so tender and it was perfectly paired with coleslaw and potato buns ( perfect combination) . The buffalo fried needs some improvement but overall its good too. The aloo tikki burger missed some kick to it . If we ask them to add some of the chilli oil to aloo tikki burger it would be awesome . The order taker is so polite and friendly that adds a very good impression according to me . He recommended us some of the other items too which I will be tasting next time soon.

Ordered the Cluck'N Boom O.G. Chicken Sandwich Combo via Uber Eats and got a pitiful tiny piece of formed chicken on a bun with some sauce and a bit of lettuce. If there was any other toppings, I did not find them. I know that promotional images always look better than what is served, but this takes the cake... bordering on false advertising. Worst Sandwich that I have ever bought, and I don't say that lightly. The Mint Chocolate Milkshake on the other hand was good, hence the single star.
