Cluck Clucks - Oakville

Highly dissatisfied with my order from cluck clucks tonight. I ordered the BOGO tenders with fries. They basically reduce the portion size to miniature tenders and soggy fries and call it a deal. You are getting scammed. When you order in person the tenders tend to be of relatively larger girthier size. For almost $20 this so called deal is not worth it. Surprised how this establishment allows this to happen. A way to scam customers by showcasing a too good to be true deal on UberEats.

The lady at the counter was very very sweet and nice. We were a big group and she was very patient with our orders and we all really enjoyed. The food was 10/10. It came fresh and hot and we loved it. I think its better to eat it there rather than get to-go because the Waffles might get soggy and wouldn't be that good.

Surprisingly for a chain restaurant, they had really good chicken and waffles! The place is clean and had lots of seats available. The service was pretty quick - we waited about 20 mins for our order. Chicken was crispy and juicy in the inside and the waffles were savoury - the maple syrup was a great touch!

This is how you can fail a business—one staff members taking orders, answering phones, and keying in orders from delivery tablets. The food was good, but the wait was long, and the poor girl was trying to change gloves to avoid cross-contamination. I do not think I will support this business; watching people tortured is not very entertaining

There was only one staff member doing EVERYTHING, everything??? Yes...EVERY THING she took the orders, made the waffles, fied the chicken, assembled the plates, fries, sauces, .... took out the garbage, talked to customers ... Ok, how was the food? The chicken tasted fresh. The waffles fluffy. Sauces were good. Fries seasoned nice. Hit the spot. Would I go out of my to eat here -no, but if in the area, it is a great option.

Wow I hope this becomes a very popular chain! This is the best fried chicken and waffles I've ever had, such good quality! Such fun takes on the recipes and fun sandwiches with waffles as bread. Great concept I think it'll be popular!

The food here is amazing! We had 3 cluck yeah and we had the cheesy fries and cheesy onion rings. We also got the cheesy cluck fries. There were 5 of us and it was a lot of food. The restaurant is so pretty and Punee is absolutely amazing! The washrooms are clean and its such a vibe. If you have never tried cluck clucks and you are reading this, this is your sign to try it out. We will be back again!!!!

Great place to come in and fill your chicken and waffles cravings. The sauces are amazing! Loved the chicken. It was nice and moist not dry or over cooked. Store is nice and clean! Phenomenal customer service. Overall 2 thumbs up and definitely recommend to bring your family in or dine out. We will definitely be repeat customers!! :)
