Cluck Clucks Chicken and Waffles - Ajax

The food and service were amazing. Super friendly staff who care about their products. Chicken was cooked 100% to the bone and I enjoyed it thoroughly. My kids enjoyed the kids combos. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

THE BEST OF THE BEST I just got my food and it’s amazing. Let me give you a rundown. The place is very clean, down to the washroom is clean. The lady was very nice polite so please people have patience that understanding that it’s only her alone. There’s no need to be rude or attitude because you’re getting your food fresh on the spot unlike McDonald’s… No comment unless you asked for it fresh well done. lol 🫣🤭This is my feedback. Enjoy.

Date/Time of Visit: November 9 around 6pm was first visit to Cluck Clucks in Ajax and I have to say that from the time we entered we were greeted by the young man working at the cash/taking orders. Ordered the Cluck Yeah with cheesy fries. The waffle was cooked perfectly with nice fresh jalapeños embedded inside, which housed a flavorful creamy coleslaw and resting on top was crispy fried chicken. The cheesy fries were an amazing side, not boring at all...the fries were seasoned and covered with cheese. Presentation was on point! All of the employees were very friendly and personable. We will return again in the near future. It's nice to see a few board games available for customers. Everything is made to order, hence the fresh taste.

If you haven’t cluck clucked your life, please do. This place is perfect really nice ppl and clean place. Washroom is clean. They have board games for kids and colouring pages. But the food is to die for. Always crispy chicken and those cheesy fries are out of this world. You missing out. And now a new order machine do it yourself at the counter and pays debit. Just incase you wanna go through the whole menu. It’s definitely a family place. But there’s no kids screaming it’s not like that. But very cool place. Or pre order and eat at home nonetheless it’s a must. Ajax approved, at least in my books.

Food Quality 11/10. Flavour and spiciness is perfect! I want to speak about the owners of this Ajax location. Not specifically the younger staff, but the ‘mother & father’ are living proof that good people exist! They treat me and my guest like their own family. They have been familiar with me and my order for a while and they go above and beyond to promise I have a tasty family meal. Their efforts will always be remembered and I will ALWAYS choose cluck clucks over anywhere else. I wish I could have clucks clucks every day and I wish every establishment had service like these wonderful people. 5/5 Stars- 10/10 Service

The meal's cost did not reflect its quality. The food was bland. We ordered Chuck's fries, a three-piece fried chicken, and a cluck waffle sandwich. The food looked appetizing, but it lacked flavor. Additionally, the air conditioner was not functioning, making the dining area uncomfortably warm.

The service is the best thing about this restaurant. The owners are very friendly and kind. The cheese was still cold when we received our poutine (it did start melting a bit later) and the gravy was a little off. The sandwich we ordered was very flavorful. The chicken on the chicken and waffles was flavorful as well. We could have used some butter and a bit more syrup for the waffle as it was pretty dry.

Had an amazing experience and the food was great. I got the chicken slider combo and the burger was delicious. The staff also gave us these free dessert donuts!
