Clockwork Champagne & Cocktails

I attended the Holiday Tea in the Clockwork lounge at the Fairmont Royal York yesterday. What an amazing experience. The food was exquisite, the cocktails were delicious, and the service was top notch. Liah’s service was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, personable and extremely attentive to our needs. Fairmont is lucky to have an employee like Liah. She is a definite asset to the establishment. Thank you Liah! You made our experience memorable. We look forward to seeing you again!

Loooove the atmosphere here everytime I visit. Hightea is a must do if you’re here on a special occasion. The scones were soft and warm, the mini sandwiches and dessert weren’t impressive though, panna cotta was the only decent thing from the pastry options.. Teas are, indeed, yummy. Wish they could let us smell it before choosing the tea, like how they do it in epoch bar.

I attended the Christmas High Tea at Clockwork over the Dec 8th weekend and it was exceptional! I took my mother here for the first time at Easter and we loved it so this time I brought my mother-in-law for an early Christmas celebration. The service here is perfection. The food is really well executed. The tomato mozzarella tart and the seafood sandwich were our favorite savory items and we loved all of the festive themed desserts. There is a large selection of tea to choose from and we enjoyed several different teas during our seating. Looking forward to making this a new Holiday tradition.

Came here and ordered a seafood tower ($240 plus tax and tips). The quality of the food was decent, but I didn't really like the ceviche. It was really expensive for what you get. Service and atmosphere was good though. Overall I would say this place is better for drinks than for food.

Chic and cool atmosphere, very comfortable if you’re staying at the hotel!! Drinks are very good and the hummus was perfect to share.

I had heard so much about how good afternoon tea was here and decided to go to celebrate a birthday. I have been to a number of places for afternoon tea so am comparing to my other experiences. Firstly the service was over the top and the staff were very attentive. The presentation of the food was really nice although I don’t think it matched the delicate theme of afternoon tea. The tea selection was limited and they were happy to replace mine when I didn’t like the one I had chosen. The scones tasted good but were very small. The sandwiches were interesting in looks, flavours and textures. There were two I didn’t like but tried them all. Overall I feel it is overpriced for what you get and I much prefer The Drawing Room at the Prince of Wales hotel in Niagara on the Lake which is $40 less than the cost at Clockworks.

It was my first time having high tea at this location. I’ve been to a few all over Canada. I would say the food we ate were standard to their typical high tea offers in other locations. Its beautifully crafted and some maybe dry. But the ambiance is great and Mith was a phenomenal manager!!! He made our experience memorable and now look forward to coming back.

Beautiful cocktail bar! It's located inside the Fairmont. The prices are pretty high, but if you want the experience it's definitely worth it. Classy traditional style cocktail bar. Excellent customer service. The food was small bites, but really flavorful. Definitely go and have a cocktail!
