Clean Meals

Started ordering from Clean meals and I must say I am impressed with the quality of food for the price. I have now continued my membership going on for 5 weeks. I am a busy business manager and this saves me a ton of time. They also have a wide range of options.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. If it's possible to give negative 20 stars, I would. I wanted to order a gift for a co-worker. So I called about a gift certificate, figuring that's the easiest thing to do. Not available. Um, what? Ok, so I had to create an account, using all of my information. My co-worker then selected the meals, and then had to SEPARATELY send multiple e-mails and make numerous phone calls to set up delivery. First delivery went off without problem. Second delivery, for whatever reason, showed up at MY address. I have never ordered from them. I didn't want to get angry with the delivery driver, so I took the food. I personally delivered it to my co-worker. It was a real hassle. I live about an hour drive from my co-worker. When I contacted Clean Meals to let them know, they blew me off. No apology. No assurances that they would fix the situation. A few weeks later, I again received another set of e-mails indicating a meal was on its way to me. I e-mailed back right away telling them not to deliver to me. I mean, it's only 2019. I'm sure it's very complicated to organize meal deliveries given the competition, technology available, and the processes a successful business should have in place. Since there's so many other food delivery services out there, I would avoid this one. They are not capable of delivering meals in an orderly fashion.

I would highly recommend Clean Meals. The food is delicious, perfectly portioned and satisfying (I have been using this service for 2 weeks now and have already seen great results). The customer service is amazing, and the deliveries are always as promised. They keep you in the loop each step of the way. Two thumbs up!

Just had our first two meals and so far so good. Both meals were tasty, there was no need to add any salt or other seasoning. Portion size is good, don’t feel like I’m still hungry. Had the pesto chicken today and it was fantastic. After only two days of food I'm really happy I decided to give Clean Meals a try. Update - so after having clean meals for 3 weeks, we decided to stop. The lack of variety in the meals and not having nutrition information available were definitely factors in us cancelling. Found another service in Toronto that has a lot more variety and is also cheaper and healthier.

I have ordered Clean Meals for the last 3 weeks and have loved every minute of it. The meals are delicious and have really helped me keep on track to live a healthy lifestyle. I had another set of meals that were delivered today as I have all my meals delivered every Sunday. They called to notify me that they were here, and as per usual they left my meals where I asked them to. When I arrived home, the meals were not there. I confirmed with the company that the meals had been delivered and we realized they were most likely stolen. I was quite upset but understood that this was out of their control. They had done what they were required to do. Later tonight I received a phone call from, Arslan, the owner. He explained that he knew how much I had enjoyed my clean meals and out of the goodness of his heart, gave me an additional week of free meals. This box was complimentary. The customer service with Clean Meals is the best I have ever experienced. They fixed a situation that was out of their control. I will definitely continue to order from Clean Means going forward, not only because the food is delicious but because of the great customer service. Thanks again for all of your help!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have tried many meal prep services in the GTA and Clean Meals by far exceeds my expectations. The price is on point, portions are perfect and the taste is very satisfying. For anyone who is used to more salt in their food, you can always add more which I appreciate as it is easy to add but impossible to take out if food is made too salty (plus if you're more health conscious, keeping your sodium levels in check is key!). The ordering process is super easy and delivery has always been on time. Customer service was very friendly and responsive as I had a few questions with my allergy concerns. If you want delicious, healthy food but are short on time, this service is definitely for you. I will continue to use them to help me meet my health and fitness goals!

After trying and enjoying Hello Fresh we decided that it required a bit too much prep time. It was, however, delicious and satisfying. A friend recommended Clean Meals so we gave it a try. We placed the minimum order of 10 meals and paid $150 after taxes. The food was tasteless and the portions small. After trying five, we're throwing out the other five as we find them inedible. I contacted customer service to give them my feedback. I was told that I couldn't expect the food to taste good or to be as filling as Hello Fresh. CM doesn't use any spices and their portions are much smaller. The target market are those who want health tasteless food in small portions. If this is you, go for it!

Clean Meals is truly one of the best meal prep companies to use in Toronto. They have a great menu and are consistent with their taste and portions. Its also the best bank for your buck and I can say I am always full after I have a meal. If anyone is looking for a meal prep company look them up!
