Clarkson Pump & Patio

We defaulted to this restaurant after the Port Credit location's standards have completely gone down the drain, but ordering anything lately has been nothing but a headache. We just ordered a $26 (!) fajita (for one person!) where they charged us an extra $3 for chicken to be added (!) - and of course it arrived without any chicken. To add insult to injury, Uber Eats refunded us $3 for the chicken, and we were left with our $26 meatless fajitas... Only afterwards did it turn out that the 2 lbs of wings weren't the flavour we ordered, but something else competely - and that's not the first time either. Please pay attention to what your customers are asking for!

Visited the location more than 2 weeks ago to make a reservation for the party room for Dec 4th at 7 pm for 14 people. Arrived tonight to find they had no reservations in their system for us. We tried to accommodate their mistake by sitting in their outdoor patio as the manager was very apologetic. We had to eat with our coats on because of the temperature. The wine my wife ordered was correct for the 1st glass but the wrong wine came for the second glass. We ordered a second round of Heineken and the glasses came full of cider. The beer was good and the food was good but the evening was not great with our coats on. We never saw the manager again after we were seated. It was my wife's birthday and we should have been able to enjoy a better experience. Not sure what to recommend if you are thinking of reserving here. Seems their systems don't work. A follow up visit by the manager with a thanks for your patience to the group would have gone a long way.

Loved this place big open patio part with a room! Had a great server! Dos was yummy and good ceasar! Patio entrance is accessible. Note a los of parking but some surrounding lots.

One of the standout moments was Jess's keen recommendation of the special of the day. With her guidance, we delved into a sumptuous mushroom soup that boasted rich and creamy flavors, providing a comforting embrace with every spoonful. Following that, we were treated to the chicken Caesar wrap – a culinary masterpiece that combined fresh ingredients with a well-balanced dressing, resulting in an explosion of flavors with each bite. While the food itself was impeccable, it was Jess's outstanding service that truly elevated our dining experience. Her genuine passion for serving patrons, combined with her astute knowledge of the menu, ensured our meal was both enjoyable and memorable. This place is fun! Simple food and simple drinks for decent prices. If everything was $2-3 cheaper, this place would likely be one of the best values around! We tried the Beef Dip and it was pretty great, nothing was bad, but the beef was a bit dry and there wasn't much for a "kick". Mustard, horseradish or pickles are all great additions that could really help elevate this dish to a really awesome level! Service was friendly and swift, could not have asked for better! I recommend giving this place a try, you're bound to find something you like to eat or drink and it's quite inclusive/family-friendly regardless of the name!

Went in for a quick bite on a weekday afternoon. I ordered the burger, and It was delicious. The padio environment was nice outside, I enjoyed my short visit. The staff was nice and polite. Thank you.
