Absolutely Horrible Experience! I ordered a Three Topping Pizza with coriander and chillies, but what I received was a plain cheese pizza—completely different from what I paid for. To make matters worse, the pizza looked sloppy, with burnt edges and cheese stuck to the box. Clearly, no effort was put into preparing or packing the order properly. This is unacceptable, especially given the price I paid. It’s obvious that quality control and customer satisfaction means nothing to them. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy being disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at City South Pizza! The food was absolutely delicious – their Tandoori Paneer Pizza was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The delivery was prompt, and the pizza arrived hot and fresh. I highly recommend City South Pizza for anyone craving top-notch quality and service. It’s definitely my go-to spot for pizza now!

I order one, shahi paneer base pizza but the base has so much ginger in bigger pieces which was irritating so much literally waste of money. Guys at least make paste of ginger have some knowledge of making any base....

City South Pizza is a popular , known for its Italian-American comfort food and unique offerings like "desi style" pizzas, which incorporate spices like ginger and coriander. With a 4.3-star rating from over 1,800 reviews, customers praise the fluffy crust, generous toppings, and quick service. The casual atmosphere and options for takeout and delivery make it accessible for all. While some reviews mention inconsistent service, many agree that the quality of pizza justifies a visit, especially for those seeking a flavorful twist on traditional pies

They gave me all burned pieces of fish i spent around $14 on it. I can’t even chew a single piece, they aren’t even fresh. I would like to recommend you to check your order before buying it.

Here’s a more assertive and direct version: This was an incredibly disappointing experience. We ordered a well-done, medium pizza with a thin crust, but instead received an undercooked pizza with a regular crust. When we called to address the issue, the staff was rude, argumentative, and even hung up on us—completely unacceptable behavior. I went to the store in person to show them the pizza. At first, they refused to admit their mistake, but eventually offered to make a new one. By that point, we had already ordered from a different restaurant. They should have immediately offered a refund or compensation as a matter of customer service, but they didn’t even bother. The lack of professionalism and basic respect for customers here is astounding. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Lived 5 minutes away for 3 years , used to be good. Last 2 years every time we have to ask for extra sauce. No1 taking the order ever relay to the cooks . Not sure what the misunderstanding is . It is the driest pizza ever. Not even worth the convenience of being close and saving on pick up anymore. 🙄 ita not 1 person in particular. The pizza is so dry it's like if you ask for extra sauce they give you none on purpose or something. After all these orders not sure how to take the consistency in no sauce. We add the mid garlic sauce ontop to try make it better. Pizza well done usually, because they're busy i suppose, but we don't mind that as much.
