I had an amazing experience at this pizza store! The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, making me feel very welcome. I’ve been a regular at this pizza store for years, and I can confidently say that the recent change in management has been a game-changer! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the difference. The staff is friendlier, the atmosphere is warmer, and most importantly, the quality of the food has reached new heights. The pizza is now even better—crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and perfect seasoning. They’ve also updated the menu with some exciting new options without losing the classics I love. The attention to detail is evident in every slice, and you can tell they’re really passionate about what they’re doing. Service has improved significantly, too. The team is more efficient, the orders come out quicker, and everything is always served with a smile. It’s clear that the new management truly cares about customer satisfaction.

We had a horrible experience ordering Pizza with them; they didn't answer our call for 20 minutes, calling from different phone numbers. Eventually, one person answered the call, and he took 10 minutes to take the orders and then put us on hold and eventually disconnected our call. Then we called them again as that was the closest location to us to pick up our order. Finally, a lady answered our call, took the order again, and after 15 minutes, we received a call back from them to confirm our order as they said they messed up with the order. After confirmation, we went to take our order, and it was wrong. OMG, what a service, especially when you are waiting for dinner for guests on the first day of New Year. Then they asked us to wait for another 20 minutes to make the right pizza. After waiting for 20 minutes, they made the wrong pizza again. We spent $40 on garbage. Don't order from them until you want to test your patience and their service. They were not professional and everyone was upset as they were messing up with their orders. Worst pizza store! Be cautious, do not order. They gave us "Meat Lovers Pizza," and look at the picture only having pepperoni pizza, and for the cheese pizza for kids, they put chillies on it. The pizza was uncooked and raw; we cooked it in the oven at home. I am so disappointed; please close this business not hygienic.

We ordered a pizza today it was totally messed up. The dippings were opened and it was all over the drinks. We call to the store but do not get any solution and the manager was very rude also cut the call . NEVER EVER ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE VERY BAD SERVICE . They don’t deserve one star.

The service here is not the greatest. I asked for a veggie slice and the server said she only had cheese and there’s nothing else being prepared. So, I got the cheese slice which seemed to be sitting there for a while, 5 mins later there’s fresh veggie slices available. The dipping sauce was not good as well.
