Listen, we like the pizza here. Good slice for a good price as I like to say. However, their delivery times are not good. I sit here pizzaless at 7:15 despite calling in my order at 5:45. I am a large man. This isn't my first time waiting for a pizza. If I lived on the other side of Toronto I would understand, but I live a 7 minute walk from Cici's. You might ask, why didn't you just pick it up? That's not the point. It's Friday and I'm trying to vibe and not leave the house. No 1 star review because I like to support local but come on mannnnnnnn.

Great value, great taste. The suicide hot wings are one of the best on the city. Potato wedges are also great and crispy. Granted it’s a fast food restaurant so there are days when it is great and days when it is just good enough. I’ve never dined in but they do have seating available for a small group of people.

After years of soul searching, sampling, and deep analysis, I have decided that CiCi's is my favourite pizza in Toronto. The real neighbourhood slice. Reminds you of your childhood in every bite. It's a combination of factors: simple, unpretentious, speed of service, and best of all, consistently warm to my heart and delicious to my stomach. You don't have to put on your cool pants to fit in here like a lot of the other spots in this city. Incredibly reasonably priced. A place to feel good.

Was told 15-20. Waited 45 with no explanation. They took my payment and tip quick. Arrived home, Pizza slid from being fired ten minutes -after- I arrived for pick up time and the wings were barely warm. Something was not right and should have been corrected before I took this home. Fries overdone in dirty dirty oil, they are mostly dark gray and hollow. Inedible. Edit: I called on the phone to let you know I left a review with photos. You said "what order", I called with the same # and had left 6 minutes earlier. It was handed to me without any "warning". I'll be back for a better solution than this reply.

CiCi's is personality over physic. Good slice at a great price in a very cute setting. Bonus points for the unique selections of beverages. Perfect as a quick pitstop while you're strolling along Queen on a sunny day.

Ordered a meat lovers slice from here and was not disappointed! Great value as well as it was only $4.99 with tax included in that price. Service was very friendly as well. Will definitely be back - a welcome gem in the Parkdale neighborhood.

Love the quick stop I had to grab a pepperoni slice to go. The staff was very friendly and helped with small suggestions. As to the toppings and dipping sauce to pair with my pepperoni slice. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a good slice of pizza. Came back for another slice and tried their Cici Sauce (Hot honey) 10 out of 10.

Looked for a quick bite on my way through Parkdale and stumbled upon this no frills pizza joint. Great prices for delicious fast food! My pizza and wings took exactly 10 min just as the employee said. The Cajun dry rub is great on the wings. Pizza has great crisp and softness.
