What a gem in Vaughan! Incredible service (thank you Phil!) the hospitality is so incredible that you feel like you are the only people in the room! Not to mention the food is out of this world! We will be back again and again!

I recently dined at Ciao and had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The menu had a great selection, and everything we tried was delicious. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the desserts were a delightful ending to our meal. The attention to detail in both the food and the presentation was impressive. Overall, Ciao exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fantastic meal in a cozy setting. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Seated, looked nice inside. Ordered a beer each, sharing a Caesar salad, ordered a recommended lasagne, my partner had a pasta. Beer came, then followed by the salad. Salad was very good, and it was huge. I'm thinking this is great, started to mentally plan my next visit already. Then it went south. Lasagna, was hard and on the dry side. I don't like to complain, and was hungry so I just ate it. The pasta was over peppered to say the least. (not at the table when they ask you if you would like pepper, just how it was made. I enjoy pepper, and tried it and certainly agreed.) We sat on the side where they made the pizzas. The pizza looked great. Then they screwed up an order between a couple of other tables, and were "arguing?" "discussing?" right beside us. The discussion ensued a couple of time over and over. We got the bill, and there was a charge for an item that we didn't have. He came back with the corrected bill and blamed it on technology. Up to that point, I thought, ok, a bad night, but was still willing to come back for a second chance. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

Just came back from dinner . We were 5 people and ordered - the pizza verdura, lasagna, aurogula salad, eggplant parmigiana, pasta rose vodka and affogato for dessert. Every one of the dishes was fabulous, tasty and big . Would give 10 stars if I could .

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! The food and service are phenomenal!! We had calamari, an antipasto sharing platter, meatballs (must try!), chicken marsala & penne pomodoro; best Italian food I’ve had in the GTA! Everything is so fresh & tasty; would highly recommend to friends and family. Plus the staff treat guests like family. A++ service

Ciao Ragazzi has become one of my family’s go-to spots in Vaughan for authentic Italian cooking. The staff and ambiance are elevated but welcoming, you feel right at home. The menu is thoughtful and the food is carefully executed with the freshest ingredients. We eat here almost weekly. Highly recommend!

We ordered on Uber and it was supposed to be delivered by 7:35, the driver showed up and they hadn’t even started making it. When it finally arrived we were shocked by the portion sizes. The containers looked half empty. The $19 Caesar salad had barely any lettuce and missing the double smoked bacon. The pasta dishes didn’t even cover the bottom of the container, and the penne a la vodka for $22, was just a rose sauce with pasta even though the menu says bacon. The pizzza was good and the lasagna.
