Churrasqueira Sao Miguel

Feels like a family run place and my son said the man was very friendly. We had the mix meat platter with pulled pork, chicken, beef short ribs sausage and a side of potatoes and rice. It's enough for 4 people. Definitely ordering food for the next big family gathering!

Truly exquisite dishes made by the true Portuguese and loved by all. Amazing workers being super kind, friendly and generous. While the food is served fresh every day and made with love. My favorite employ Alex a young man was super kind and showed me how welcoming those place really was 10/10 from all aspects.

Came by here for lunch and very welcoming place. You can tell it is very family orientated and care for their customers. Chicken was delicious and the homemade sauce was amazing! Prices are fair for the portions you get. Will definitely be back a lot more times if I need a quick bite! Keep up the good work!!!!

This is incredibly the perfect place for portugese food & snacks in North York area. The owner at the front counter , unaware of her name is very sweet & polite, knows how to deal with every single living being around her whether its a customer or the staff members. All the staff people are great & very welcoming I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional food. 10/10

A small cozy place, seems to cater more to takeout, but has one table and a few hightop chairs. The staff are friendly, and the food is fantastic. The chicken was juicy and tasty, and the daily special was more than filling.

Definitely get the hot sauces, it makes the meal much more enjoyable. I found it kinda dry without the adding sauce. Overall, the chicken was cooked well and skin is crispy. One concern is that I wish the rice was kept in a rice cooker. It was hard/dry.

I got the potatoes, mixed meat platter and empanadas. The empanadas were not bad, not a lot of flavour but were good with the piri piri sauce (which was also a pretty subtle flavour). Potatoes were probably our favourite part. The mixed meat was pretty disappointing. We were expecting a sampling of the different flavours on their menu, but instead we got a bowl of different meats all smothered in an bbq style sauce. It was also supposed to come with coleslaw which we did not receive. Maybe if we had tried a whole chicken or any of the different meats on their own we would have had a different experience. Definitely feel like we missed out on the food that has given this restaurant such high reviews.

UPDATE - had a staff lunch today - amazing! See my pics - Jose delivered on time and everything was hot and delicious. Original posting 6 months ago. Went here for the first time. Woman at counter was very patient with us. We tried pulled pork, chicken and steak sandwiches. All delicious. Like home cooking. Steak was quite tough but tasted great nonetheless. Great buns and we picked up some Portuguese tarts for dessert. Will definitely go back.
