Very oily chicken as I was breaking a piece of chicken . The breaking peice squirted oil stains on my shirt . The worst gravy I've ever had .Gravy was never like this watery and dark with lumps before . I remember a light brown thick gravy as a child 25 yrs ago . These international students and owners have ruined fast food establishments. I've added the third picture of what the gravy used to be served back in the days. I'll never give them business again. There are so many other quality fried chicken place's close by for the same price, better quality.

I had an amazing experience, all thanks to the exceptional service from Muhammad! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and quick, friendly service. Gets worse every time I eat here, will definitely be the last. Ordered a 3 piece chicken combo, one piece was cold, really dry, like it sat out for hours. The fries were cold not even fresh made. Didn’t give the extra sauce I ordered. This place does what they can to save money, I rather eat at the dollar store.

Came in and asked for a regular 3 piece. They repeatedly asked me if I wanted spice I said no. They didn’t want to make more chicken so the gave me 1 piece of spice chicken because they didn’t want to make more but they were open for another 2.5 hours. Maybe don’t go in the last 3-4 hours if you have specific requests

Hi All Please double ensure what is packed for you is what is ordered by you. I have ordered 10 piece spicy and received 10 piece regular. I have called store and the staff was not ready to listen only

First time trying this place. The chicken was juicy and crispy, but not oily. The jalapeno poppers were really spicy. Even my husband who can take spicy food, thought it was intense too. Overall, it was a good experience. Definitely recommending to people.

Each time I come here the service seems a bit worse than the previous time. I enjoy the food, and it is conveniently located for me, but my most recent experience has me questioning its worth. I ordered 2 supreme sandwich combos. I was asked if I wanted spicy (apparently this just means spicy mayo), so I said yes I’ll take one spicy and one regular. It took 15 minutes for my order to be ready and there was nobody in front of me. Once the order came and was being packed, I asked “does it say on the box which is spicy” the girl moved things in the bag to see the top and said “yes it says”. Before I left I checked that I had everything and noticed nothing was written on the sandwich boxes.. I went back to the counter and asked which is spicy. She said she isn’t sure and called someone else (note: she lied to my face and seemingly just hoped I’d trust her and leave). The second person barely peers into one of the boxes and says, “yes this one is the mexicana and this is the supreme”. I said I ordered 2 supremes, just one spicy and one not. He says “oh sorry, this one is spicy and this one isn’t”. Now I’m intrigued because he was confident they were 2 different sandwiches 10 seconds ago.. so I ask how he is able to tell (since he didn’t open both boxes and the one he did open he barely opened at all). He said he can tell because one has spicy mayo. He finally opened the box and realized they were the same.. a third gentleman came and said he made them the same. They took a box away from me and didn’t say anything until I asked what was happening.. to which they finally admitted making a mistake. I opted to take the one that had made since I didn’t have another 15 mins to wait only for everything else to get cold. Further, after being blatantly lied to twice, my trust has diminished. Not once did anyone apologize, show empathy, or offer anything to make it right. They honestly made it seem like I was bothering them by asking questions, and having worked in the customers service industry, I knew to be polite and calm and non-blaming in asking them. I also understand that mistakes happen, but once they had lied, it was no longer a mistake. ___ Outdoor and indoor seating space, food tasted good, prices have increased and feel slightly high, portions are small for sides. It used to be quick, but has gotten much slower. A gentleman who ordered after me (9 mins ago) was just told it’ll be another 4 mins for his one order. I’m still waiting for 2 sandwiches. Dining area is very empty for some reason, and certainly not as clean as you’d expect for how empty it typically is. I can see employees jackets, bags, and other items very clearly. They are basically immediately behind the cashier.
