Church's Texas Chicken

On November 13, 2024, shortly after 11:00 PM, I visited the Church's location and experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever received. There were two staff members present: a male and a female. The male staff member was unable to answer any of my questions and seemed unfamiliar with the menu, including the difference between sandwiches. The female staff member was on the phone and appeared irritated when she had to end her conversation to assist me. I saw a special advertised on the screen and ordered it, only to be told that it wasn’t available. When I questioned how a special could be advertised in-store and then not offered, I was told it was not available or in their system, which felt like false advertising. Both staff members’ attitudes worsened from there. I stepped outside to call another Church’s location, which confirmed that the special was available. I returned to the store and asked to speak with a manager, but I was denied. When I mentioned that the other location had confirmed the special, the staff became rude, began speaking in their native language, and laughed amongst themselves. They then said, “Do you want it or not? We’ll make it for you.” At that point, I felt uncomfortable with their service and questioned their ability to prepare my food. I asked for their names, the manager’s name, and the store number. They refused to provide any information, telling me to go online for details, but did mention the manager’s name is Sohail. As I left, they laughed and high-fived each other, showing no remorse for their behavior. I went to a different Church’s location and received much better service there, but this experience left a very negative impression. I expect better professionalism and respect from staff, especially when issues arise.

I went to the churches chicken location and asked for my order to be modified. The chicken that I requested was not available the was no spicy chicken available to order. The young woman I felt with had a really bad attitude towards me. She had told me when I ordered the chicken it would take 3-5 minutes. This was the worste experience I have ever had in a long time and probably won't return. The crew that was on the job was just messing around and talking instead of doing there jobs.

This is in my neighborhood, today I went after a long day to eat and two girls one Punjabi and the other with a Hijab ruined the whole thing, first the burger petty wasn't cooked when I asked her to do something she refused and said it was cooked on right temperature after arguing she said she will give an another I agreed she gave me the burger this time she gave me the wrong burger my order was a classic chicken and she gave me BBQ burger when I mentioned that she said it was bbq not classic one both girls started arguing and started laughing, then I took the burger out of the trash and showed them then she started saying something that doesn't make any sense I asked for the manager and she said he isn't here and nothing can be done so take your burger. This location used to be my favorite but I'm not going back because the staff didn't even apologize they were mean and had no etiquette worst experience. Worst customer experience both girls are responsible for losing customers and the worst food. Will never recommend this location for sure.

Don’t go at this location terrible experience!!! I order this red texas 2pc chicken and wings I told the cashier that I want both thigh for my chicken and I will pay for any extra charges . She ask me to wait for 10 minutes for my order . It’s been 12 minutes still not ready then I follow up my order the lady said wait for another 10 minutes and I refuse to wait that long then they came up with this excuse that the wings are need to be freshly made so wait for just another 5 minutes . I waited 25 minutes in total to get this nasty box full of finger print sauce outside and my order is still wrong . 😡😡 Then they ask me don’t put a review for 1pc free chicken HELL NO!

the jalepeno bombers were sooo good and the chicken is warm, the poutine is really tasty as well and the staff is very friendly. will defiantly crave the biscuit again and come soon !

Only giving this place 2 stars, because of the friendly staff who cook food to order at 2am. However the food was terrible. Extremely dry tenders with a horrible aftertaste of grease and oil. Some how they sell chicken but the tenders had a fishy after taste. Would not recommend, avoid this store. The quality has gone downhill over the last few years.

Pretty solid takeout chicken. The deals can't compete with Popeye's,, but my experience so far is that their chicken is much more crispy here than Mary Brown's and KFC, and their biscuits are better than Popeye's. Best biscuits in town.

Ordered 4 piece spicy fried chicken combo with fries and 3 piece mild with mash potatoes. The fried chicken was very crispy and juicy and quite tasty. The fries were not bad and the mash potatoes had the right amt of thickness that I enjoyed. This was my first time trying this place and would gladly come back when I'm craving fried chicken again. Also the staff were very friendly and attentive.
